A welcome note from the Director of the Broadwater Farm Estate Welcome to the new-look newsletter for the residents on Broadwater Farm. The newsletter gives you information about what is going on and our plans for the future – we hope you find it useful.

My name is David Sherrington and I am Director of the Broadwater Farm Estate. My job is to look after all activity on the estate including the new district heating system, kitchen and bathroom programme, our estate cleaning service and building new homes once Tangmere and are demolished.
