Tenacity. Supports. Achievement. We had an awesome Daddy-Daughter Dance. Ms. Dixon and Ms. Holliday did an Upcoming Events awesome job as did the 9th grade Student Council! I hope you were able to be a part of our Leadership March 14 Shenanigans 6 PM Series and were able to hear Dr. Friedman. His testimony was powerful and passionate. March 16 Trivia Night His passion for Christ and what He has in March 16-20 Stanford 10 Testing store for each of us was unsurpassed. Each of us is a special person on this earth and He has March 26-28 Spring Musical a plan for us! Wow! How awesome is that.

The 9th grade thanks you for supporting our Daddy/Daughter Dance!

HAC Pancake Breakfast

HAC is thankful to our General family for the support of our Pancake Breakfast! We raised a little over $900 and will be using the money for improvement projects around campus.

SCISA All-Star Game

Karleigh Young, Lizzie Silvester and Lindsay Daniel were chosen to play in the SCISA North-South and SCISA/GISA All - Star basketball games on Saturday. They represented TSA very well! Great job, girls!!

Kindergarteners Celebrate Dr. Seuss

Students in Mrs. Gigi’s class celebrated Dr. Seuss’ birthday by making and eating greenVarsity eggs and ham. Boys On “Wacky Tennis Wednesday” they wore crazy socks to school! What a fun time in kindergarten!

The men’s tennis team defeated Palmetto Christian Academy on Tuesday in their first match of the season. TSA swept its singles matches, led by commanding wins from Cameron Dixon and Trayton Hill, along with victories from Avery Eddins, Graham Campbell, and Preston Houser. Logan Oxendine also defeated his opponent in an exhibition match. The next match is at home on Wednesday, March 18 against Trinity Byrnes. Come out and support the TSA tennis team!! 3rd: Lindsay Daniel Dr. Damon Friedman speaks to Thomas Sumter students, parents, and TSA friends about his humble beginnings to becoming a “warrior for Christ” during and after several tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. His testimony touched many hearts, student and adults alike. He exhibited the same passion for Christ he had on the battlefield. Those that attended were touched by his humbleness. He emphasized and re-emphasized that touching just one for Christ sparks new beginnings and leading with a Christian heart can really move mountains.

Outdoor Ecology Field Trip Fun!

Mrs. Weatherford and Mrs. Matos’ classes learned about freshwater ecosystems and how Thomas Sumter the “Swamp Fox” used the swamp during the Revolutionary War. A great time was had by all! Breakfast with the Board

TSA’s Board of Trustees treated our teachers and staff to breakfast on Wednesday this week. Breakfast was delicious and the teachers started their day feeling loved! Congratulations to Mrs. Tisha for winning the “golden egg” prize. Thanks to our Board for breakfast and for all you do for our school.
