It is hoped that there will shortly be a law on the statute books prohibiting the sending of unsolicited merchandise under penalty of forfeiture and other severe penalties. ln lieu of this it is hoped that the Committee on By Laws will make this prohibition an integral and definite part of our own Hy-Laws at the next Convention.
