DIVISION 18 - SHEPHERDS LEAD LINE (NEW) Premiums: $20 $15 $10 (To be done on Thursday following Sheep Show)

Shepherd's lead line is a contest designed to showcase the relationship between the shepherd, sheep, and wool products made from sheep. Competition is open to both males and females Ewes or rams may be used. Outfit must be made primarily from wool. Contestant is judged on appearance and handling of the sheep as well as the outfit.

Rules:  Judge's decision is final  Contestants outfit must be 60% wool  Sheep must be properly halter trained  Contestant does not have to own sheep being used, but sheep must be entered in open class  Outfit may be handmade or bought. It must be clean and tidy lending itself distinction to the class  A commentary must be typed and mailed, emailed or dropped off to the Fair office before August 23, 2018.
