The Inspector’s Report of ABP-304245-19 gives the following description of the site and its surroundings: ‘The site is located in the centre of Cork City adjacent to the South City Link Road, a dual carriageway with the designation N27. The eastern portion of the site bounds the Rockboro Road behind a high stone wall. The southern boundary of the site is adjacent to the side and rear gardens of dwellings. The northern boundary of the site abuts a petrol filling station and the western boundary abuts the South City Link Road. -
