Remark: Khun Alan worked in the financial service industry for 34 years in both USA and the UK as well as in Thailand. He has been involved in both the financial and capital markets advising clients on underwriting, restructuring, investments, private equity, risk management and execution of long term vision. He also has extensive experience in industry sitting on public boards of electronics, property development, pharmaceuticals, life insurance, construction materials companies. In the past 20 years, he established and managed asset management companies including Aberdeen Asset Management and Manulife Asset Management in Thailand. Khun Alan founded Libertas Company Limited in 2007 to assist corporations on cross border Mergers & Acquisition activities in the Asia Pacific. He also manage the Family Office of Asian High Net Worth families in matters relating to Succession Planning, Investment. Aside from board commitments, he is a Facilitator for both the Thai IOD and the Australian Institute of Company Directors lecturing in AICD International Directors Courses. In 2013, Khun Alan was invited onto the board of Nambawan Super Limited, the US$ 6 billion government pension fund of Papua New Guinea and sit as the Chairman of its Investment Committee.

E. Khun Pornlert‘s career could be grouped into 3 phases, about 12 years each. The 1st period began when he won the scholarship from Kasikorn Bank to an MBA program at Columbia Business School and, after graduation, worked for the bank mostly in Germany and England for 11 years, then returned to spearheaded K Bank expansion into Cambodia, Lao, Vietnam, Singapore, and China. The 2nd phase began when he was recruited to lead a Finance & Securities company, namely SCF, of the Siam City Bank Group. He chose to get more involved in the Securities side rather and was elected to the Board of the Association of Securities Company and the Securities Exchange of Thailand. During the financial crisis of 1997, he was recruited to join the Financial Sector Restructuring Authority (FRA). His main task was to regroup one half of the closing companies to ensure smooth and efficient transition under the guidance of Senior Officials of the Ministry of Finance, and FRA Board. After 9 months he left FRA and joined ENRON Corp of the US, which was then voted as the most admired company for 3 consecutive years, to set up a branch in Thailand. He left ENRON a year later due to some differences in working ethics and joined the Thai public sector by working for the BMA in her subsidiary, Krungthep Thanakom, to promote the Public Private Partnership program in BMA’s infrastructure development aiming to invite overseas investors to explore opportunities in the city. He was also appointed as a member of Land Traffic Management Committee, in the Prime Minister Office to co-ordinate mega transportation projects. A year later, he was invited to become the first Thai Managing Director of the Post Publishing Public Company Limited (Bangkok Post). He won the Board approval to launch the Thai business newspaper but had to leave the company before the implementation of the plan due to a major change in the company ownership. In the 3rd phase, he was recruited to join General Electric as a General Manager for Business Development (M&A). Within a year, he was appointed as the first Thai to become the President of GE in Thailand and hold the position for 8 years until 2011. During the period, GE Thailand was the first GE operation in ASEAN to earn over a billion USD in annual revenue, and guided the policy during the CTX complication at Suvarnabhumi Airport. In 2012, he was appointed a Managing Director to develop businesses with the public sector in Cambodia, Lao, Myanmar, and Thailand, and in 2013 as Director for Government Relations and Policies in Lao, Myanmar and Thailand. He retired when he reached 60 years of age in the end of 2013. Currently, he is active in social services as the Associated Judge and Mediator of the Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, and does some advisory works as opportunities arise.

Captain Siridech worked in Thai Airways Int PCL. for 30 years as pilot. The last position was Captain of Boeing 747-400. Khun Sivaraks worked in the accounting and auditing fields of manufacturing and telecommunication industries for 19 years. He has been involved in the processes of financial reporting, budgeting, long-term funding and internal auditing. He also has experiences sitting on public boards of property development, industrial construction, technology, and broadcasting. In the past 20 years, while he established and managed accounting, financing and auditing of the companies including Islacom, Co. Ltd. in Philippines, Shinawatra International Plc., with subsidiaries in India, Lao and Cambodia, and Thaicom Plc. with branches, subsidiaries and representative offices in 14 countries around East and South East Asia, he oversights public companies to strengthen governance and performance processes in different areas of operational efficiency and effectiveness, connected transaction, asset acquisition and asset disposal. Aside from these commitments, he has contributed to the advancement of professional accountants and internal auditors by assisting in development of intensive courses for Chief Financial Officers, Chief Audit Executives and professional internal auditors while he is a consultant in the Federation of Accounting Professions of Thailand and when he was a director in the Institute of Internal Auditors of Thailand.

Ms.Suvabha Charoenying is regarded as one of the top investment banker with more than 25 years experiences in the Thai Capital Market including 18 years in investment banking, 6 years in asset and fund management and 4 years as a lending officer with several leading financial institutions in Thailand.

Suvabha has experiences in consulting with top management of many foremost Thai companies such as PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP), Land & Houses (LH), Oriental Hotel, Siam Cement (SCC), Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), Shin Corporation (SHIN), Advanced Info Services (AIS), Aromatics (ATC), Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services (BAFS), GMM Grammy (GRAMMY), CH.Karnchang (CK), Workpoint Entertainment (WORK), Thai Airways International (THAI) and Thai Air Asia (AAV). She is also currently serves the Stock Exchange of Thailand as one of the Board members of the Capital Market – Tax Reform Committee and Vice Chairman on TFPA (Thai Financial Planner Association on the setting of the “Certified Financial Planner (CFP)” program in Thailand.

Over the past 15 years, Suvabha devoted some of her time as a lecturer covered topic in corporate finance, corporate government and private wealth. She is the author of 4 books.
