He has been involved in both the financial and capital markets advising clients on underwriting, restructuring, investments, private equity, risk management and execution of long term vision. He also has extensive experience in industry sitting on public boards of electronics, property development, pharmaceuticals, life insurance, construction materials companies. In the past 20 years, he established and managed asset management companies including Aberdeen Asset Management and Manulife Asset Management in Thailand. Khun Alan founded Libertas Company Limited in 2007 to assist corporations on cross border Mergers & Acquisition activities in the Asia Pacific. He also manage the Family Office of Asian High Net Worth families in matters relating to Succession Planning, Investment. Aside from board commitments, he is a Facilitator for both the Thai IOD and the Australian Institute of Company Directors lecturing in AICD International Directors Courses.
