Handy called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. MOTION: Rep. Wilcox moved to approve the minutes of February 10, 2011. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Noel and Rep. Wilson absent for the vote. H.B. 106 Electronic Meetings Revisions (Rep. B. Daw) MOTION: Rep. Barrus moved to substitute H.B. 106 with 1st Sub. H.B. 106. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Noel absent for the vote. Rep. Daw explained the revisions to the committee. MOTION: Rep. Barrus moved to pass H.B. 106 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously. House Public Utilities & Technology Standing Committee February 14, 2011 Page 2 H.C.R. 8 Concurrent Resolution on Providing Continuing Federal Financial Assistance for the Delivery of Basic Services to Dutch John, Utah (Rep. M. Brown ) Rep. Brown explained the concurrent resolution to the committee. MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to pass H.C.R. 8 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously. MOTION: Rep. Noel moved to place the resolution on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously. MOTION: Rep. Ivory moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep.
