What a wonder- weekend at the ballfield and enjoying some family time. It was also a blessing to be able to preach on Sunday morning and Sunday night. Again, I appreciate the elders for the opportunity, and I appreciate all the support that the congregation gave ful promise! May it find you flourishing and prosperous. God is great always. me. I now know what it is like to prepare two sermons for a Sunday and for me, it took the entire week!! But it was well worth it and I am thankful I was able to do it. Our only youth activity for this past week was our devotional after Sunday evening service at the home of Mike and Beth Rob- ertson. We had a group of 12 youth, 2 college age kids, and 10 adults in attendance. We enjoyed a great devotional period of singing and a great lesson from Mike followed by a wonderful meal. We also had birthday cake to celebrate my wonderful wife and her 38th birthday! It was a great night all around! Our youth retreat is this Friday. I look forward to this great opportunity to be with our youth for the weekend. We will be meeting at the church building at 3:30, load up and get the weekend started!
