A Guide to EIPIC (PDF) A GUIDE TO THE EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAMME FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN (EIPIC) Referral process for EIPIC 1. Touch Points 2. SG Enable (SGE) 3.
