The documentary "Dollars Across the Border -- The Canadian- American Free Trade Deal -- Where Does It Leave Montana?" was produced this year by the student documentary unit in the radio television department of the University of Montana's School of Journalism. The 30-minute documentary will be broadcast at 9 a.m. on: KRTV in Great Falls; KTVQ in Billings; KPAX in Missoula; KXLF in Butte. The program will pre-empt "Face the State." Eight radio-television students worked on the project, which was produced by UM student Anette With. "Government people in Washington, D.C., and Helena encouraged and helped us a lot," With said. "They were happy that we chose this subject because it's important to the state and because it's complicated." ### JD local, Billings, Butte, Great Falls media tradedoc.rl.
