PROSPECTUS Aker Carbon Capture ASA (a public limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Norway) Listing of Aker Carbon Capture ASA’s shares on Oslo Børs __________ The information contained in this prospectus (the “Prospectus”) relates to the listing and admission to trading of common shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 (the “Shares”) in Aker Carbon Capture ASA (“ACC” or the “Company”, and taken together with its consolidated subsidiaries, the “Group” or “Aker Carbon Capture”) on Oslo Børs (the “Oslo Stock Exchange”). __________ The listing committee of the Oslo Stock Exchange approved the Company's listing application in a meeting held on 16 June 2021. Trading in the Shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange is expected to commence on or about 18 June 2021 under the trading symbol “ACC”. __________ All of the Shares are registered with the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (Nw. Verdipapirsentralen) (“Euronext VPS”) in book-entry form. All the Shares will rank in parity with one another and carry one vote per Share. __________ Except where the context otherwise requires, references in this Prospectus to the Shares refer to all issued and outstanding ordinary shares of the Company.
