Hobie Cat Sailing KEELBOAT SAILING 4 class sessions. The Hobie Cat 16 is a fast and versatile multihull sailboat that is ideal for sailing on Mission Bay. Sailors will work together to learn rigging, launching, steering, and control of this thrilling ride. SUPcore Yoga

1 class session. Experience amazing yoga practice outdoors and on the water! Using stand up paddleboards as a floating mat, we will practice a sequence of asanas (yoga poses) on the flat water of Mission Bay. While no prior yoga experience is necessary, this practice will challenge your focus, strength, and balance. We will conclude with a relaxing savasana (meditation) before paddling back to shore.

UNIVERSITY CREDIT CLASSES

SDSU and USD students can earn university credit in watersports classes at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center. Each class meets for 1 hour 40 minutes, 1 day per week for the 15-week school semester. Students may receive credit for each course with a letter grade, credit/no credit, or audit grading basis (you must be enrolled at SDSU or USD to receive college credit). Classes are open to everyone regardless of whether they are taking it for credit or not, however, priority registration is given to current SDSU students.
