MATT TAYLOR JOINS REAL SALT LAKE COACHING STAFF UCLA’s Matt Taylor was officially named an assistant coach on the Real Salt Lake coaching staff on Mar. 11. Taylor had spent the past three seasons on the UCLA coaching staff. He scored 33 goals in in 87 games as a student- athlete at UCLA - winning Pac-10 Player of the Year honors in 2003 - before playing professionally from 2004-17.

Ryan Jorden enters his second season as the UCLA men's head soccer coach in 2020-21. Jorden secured a number of in 2000 and his bachelor's degree from Westmont in 1995. accolades after that standout season, including NCAA Far West Region and West Coast Conference Coach of the Year honors. Jorden is a USSF "A" Licensed coach, and was head coach of the Olympic Development Program (ODP) Region IV from 2013-19. His last two seasons in Stockton were just as successful.
