List of Heritage Building Specialists in Ontario Updated: August 20, 2021 Heritage Building Specialists in Ontario The City of Richmond Hill has consolidated the following list of heritage building specialists to assist owners of heritage properties find heritage professionals with relevant work experience and products. The company names listed below are by no means exhaustive, and inclusion on the list is not intended to be construed as an endorsement by the City of Richmond Hill. The City of Richmond Hill has prepared this list to provide reference names to assist in obtaining heritage consultant, contractor and trades people services that are generally located within the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to working with a consultant or heritage professional, it is highly recommended that property owners undertake rigorous due diligence to ensure that the prospective professional has the expertise and track record to meet the requirements of your proposed project. Please remember to consult with City of Richmond Hill Heritage Staff prior to undertaking any exterior work on a designated heritage building or any property located within the Gormley Heritage Conservation District, to ensure that all necessary approvals are obtained prior to starting work (i.e. Heritage Permit, Building Permit, and Site Plan Approval).
