Marshall Adkins Managing Director, Director of Energy Research Oilfield Services Raymond James & Associates, Inc.

Marshall Adkins focuses on oilfield services and products, in addition to leading the RJ energy research team. He and his group have won a number of honors for stock-picking abilities over the past fifteen years. Additionally, his group is well known for their deep insight into oil and gas fundamentals. Prior to joining Raymond James in 1995, he spent 10 years in the oilfield services industry as a project manager, corporate financial analyst, sales manager, and engineer. He holds a B.S. degree in petroleum engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. D’Angelo advises heavily regulated companies and industries on environmental, health, safety and natural resources matters. Wayne routinely works with clients on regulatory and compliance issues arising under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), as well as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability (CERCLA). Mr. Elliott’s primary areas of practice are civil and criminal environmental law with experience in appellate and district litigation, agency rulemaking, compliance counseling, and administrative adjudication with special emphasis on Clean Air Act matters. Mr. Elliott represents coalitions of federal and state oil and natural gas associations in Clean Air Act rulemaking and appellate litigation, including a challenge to EPA’s Subpart OOOO NSPS/NESHAP for the oil and natural gas source sector, electric utilities, pulp and paper, chemical manufacturers, and pipeline companies in EPA’s New Source Review enforcement initiatives against these industry sectors, and counseling of chemical manufacturers on RCRA compliance, including environmental audits and defense of enforcement actions and administrative matters, and counseling lenders and purchasers regarding environmental issues and due diligence associated with commercial and real estate transactions.

Vicki Hollub President and Chief Executive Officer, Corporation

Vicki Hollub, became President and Chief Executive Officer of Occidental Petroleum Corporation in April 2016. She began her career with Occidental in 1981, has held a variety of management and technical positions with responsibilities on three continents, including roles in the , Russia, and Ecuador. Most recently, Ms. Hollub served as Occidental’s President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company’s oil and gas, chemical and midstream operations. She previously served as Senior Executive Vice President, Occidental Petroleum Corporation and President, Oxy Oil and Gas, where she was responsible for operations in the U.S., the region and . Prior to that, Ms. Hollub held a variety of leadership positions, including: President, Oxy Oil and Gas, Americas; Executive Vice President, U.S. Operations, Oxy Oil and Gas; Executive Vice President, Operations; and, President and General Manager of the company’s Permian Basin operations. She started her career at Cities Service, which was acquired by Occidental. Ms. Hollub serves on the board of the American Petroleum Institute and Khalifa University for Science and Technology in . Ms. Hollub holds a B.S. in Mineral Engineering from the , and was inducted into the University of Alabama College of Engineering 2016 class of Distinguished Engineering Fellows. Ms. Hollub, as President and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for all operations, the financial management of the company and for creating and implementing the company’s strategy. As President and Chief Operating Officer, she managed Occidental’s worldwide oil and gas operations, as well as the company’s chemicals and midstream operations. Ms. Hollub brings to the Board over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having previously held a variety of management and technical responsibilities on three continents. During that time, Ms. Hollub has been instrumental in efficiently and profitably growing Occidental’s oil and gas business. Her extensive operational and leadership experience brings valuable perspective to the Board.

Chad Michael serves as Managing Director of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. He was previously a member of JPMorgan’s Natural Resources Investment Banking group. He joined TPH at its inception in early 2007 and is currently a senior member of its upstream advisory practice. Chad is into his 18th year as an investment banker and has worked on well over $75 billion of corporate and asset-level M&A transactions ranging from public company mergers to private company sales. In addition to advisory roles, he has worked on over 25 public equity and debt underwritings. Chad holds a BA in Economics from Rice University.

Dave Quast is a Senior Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting, and is based in Los Angeles. He also is part of the segment’s Corporate Reputation practice, Energy and Natural Resources sector, and Diversified Industrials industry sector. For 25 years, Mr. Quast has counseled clients in the corporate, legal and political arenas. His expertise includes corporate positioning; crisis and issues management; litigation support; and media and presentation coaching. Mr. Quast serves, among other functions, as a California director of Energy in Depth, an education and outreach of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) and the California Independent Petroleum Association (CIPA). Justin Savage is one of the nation’s leading litigators focusing on environmental and transportation disputes. For 20 years, Justin has tried and litigated some of the largest environmental cases in the history of the United States. He served for nearly a decade at the Environmental Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he litigated complex cases under several environmental statutes, particularly the Clean Air Act; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; and the Clean Water Act. Justin is nationally recognized for his environmental litigation and trial advocacy work. He teaches basic civil trial advocacy at the National Advocacy Center and serves as a faculty member for the American Law Institute’s Advanced Course on Environmental Litigation. Justin is also the Vice Chair of the ABA’s Environmental Enforcement and Crimes Committee. He is regularly invited to events as a featured speaker and has been widely quoted in the Washington Post, National Journal, and Bloomberg.

Kevin Viner Mentalist and Illusionist

Kevin Viner has appeared on Penn and Teller: Fool Us, Masters of Illusion, Don’t Blink, commercials for T-Mobile and Now You See Me 2, as well as the PBS documentary Johnny Carson: King of Late Night. As a corporate entertainer, Kevin has engaged top-level management with Google, Intel, Cisco, General Electric, and many more. Outside of magic, Kevin holds a degree in mathematics from UC Irvine, studies psychology and peak performance, and enjoys creating and writing music for piano and guitar.

Rock Zierman CEO, CIPA

Rock Zierman, Chief Executive Officer, has worked with CIPA since October 2002. Prior to being appointed CEO, Rock served as both the Director of Public Affairs for the California Independent Petroleum Association (CIPA), and the Executive Director of the California Natural Gas Producers Association (CNGPA), a wholly owned subsidiary organization of CIPA. Rock recommends and implements policy for the Association’s 50 member Board of Directors. He serves as chief spokesperson for the Association and coordinates all of its state and national legislative activities.
