VARUN HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED T.S.NO. 117, 1200/7, NOWROJI ROAD, MAHARANIPETA, VISAKHAPATNAM ANDHRA PRADESH-530 002 August’2019 PREPARED BY SV ENVIRO LABS & CONSULTANTS ENVIRO HOUSE, B-1, BLOCK-B, IDA, AUTONAGAR, VISAKHAPATNAM Phone: 0891-2755528 Email: [email protected] Recognized by MoEF&CC, QCI Accredited S.No.144 1.0 COMPANY PROFILE: Varun Group is a renowned business conglomerate with successful entities spread across Automobile, Auto Financing, Construction, Hospitality & Entertainment industries, in ANDHRA PRADESH, TELANGANA AND KARNATAKA. NOVOTEL VISAKHAPATNAM VARUN BEACH opened its doors on the 7th of December 2011. NOVOTEL Visakhapatnam Varun Beach has played a vital role in showcasing Vizag as a new conferencing and leisure destination. Before NOVOTEL Visakhapatnam Varun Beach came into existence, Service Apartments in the city did not have the capacity to accommodate large conferences and with the addition of this property, the city can now conduct more conferences eventually assisting not only the hotel but the city as a whole as a destination. NOVOTEL Visakhapatnam Varun Beach is an ideal venue for destination weddings with the unique combination of large banqueting space and also multiple options for the cultural affairs. Visakhapatnam houses multi-faced and cosmopolitan dwellers from neighbouring towns and states making it a melange of different cultures and traditions. This allowed the city to experience various types of weddings that were culturally different. However, many of the weddings ended up shifting their venues to larger cities where hotels could cater to the increasing needs and demands of different cultures, due to the lack of available wedding spaces and wedding planners. With the arrival of NOVOTEL Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, we have been able to understand and serve the needs of these weddings and have been successful in retaining them at Vizag. Our success has stood testimony to enhance our bandwidth of clientele base resulting in patronization from other destinations originating from Nepal, Kolkata, Raipur, Vijayawada, Hyderabad and many more such cities. Now, upon the completion of successful ventures in Hospitality Segment we propose to construct one more HIGH-RISE MULTI UTILITY COMPLEX at Visakhapatnam in the location where TAJ GATEWAY exists (at D.
