(2017): Rod Colchicum L. (Colchicaceae) u flori Hrvatske. Glas. Hrvat. bot. druš. 5(1): 20-31. Primjenom bivonae Guss., C, doerfleri Halácsy, C. kochii Parl., molekularnih metoda osporen je tretman svojti C. C. visianii Parl. i C. hungaricum Janka. Abstract Until now, the genus Colchicum L. (Colchicaceae) molecular methods, it was found that there is no has been represented by seven taxa in the Flora justification for treatment ofC. visianii and C. kochii Croatica Database (FCD). For two species (C. as independent taxa, but both of them are included arenarium Waldst. et Kit. and C. cupanii Guss.) in a widely understood species C. haynaldii the appearance in Croatia was doubtful and for Heuffel, distributed in most parts of the Balkans. two other (C. kochii Parl. and C. visianii Parl.) Additionally, it was found that C. bivonae Guss. taxonomic status was questionable. In this paper a occurs in Croatia, and until now it is found only in detailed review of this genus in Croatian flora was a few localities in the northern part of the Adriatic carried out. After the audit, it is proposed to exclude coast. Former findings of colchicums from Dalmatia from the list the three taxa (C. arenarium, C. cupanii noted as C. bivonae and C. neapolitanum are found and C. neapolitanum (Ten.) It was found that C. doerfleri revision the genus Colchicum is represented by six Halácsy, previously treated only as a synonym of taxa in Croatian flora: C. autumnale L., C. bivonae C. hungaricum Janka, occurs in Croatia (Velebit). (2019): Datura innoxia Mill. (Solanaceae), a new alien species in the flora of Bosnia and Herzegovina. – Thaiszia – J. Bot. 29 (2): 225-230 Abstract: Downy thorn-apple Datura innoxia Mill is native in southwest U.S.A. and Mexico. It has been recorded as a new alien species to the vascular flora ofBosnia and Herzegovina. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, D. innoxia is reported from two localities in the city of Mostar where the species has escaped cultivation and established small populations in surrounding ruderal habitats including waste land. The species is toxic to animals and humans. The paper presents a short morphological characteristic and photographs as well as the distribution of the species in the Bosnia and Herzegovina. Keywords: alien plants, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Datura, distribution, garden escape, morphology. Introduction The genus Datura L. belongs to the tribe Datureae G. Don, of Solanaceae. There are about 10 species which occur naturally in south-western USA and Mexico, and parts of Central America (Dupin & Smith 2018). Within the genus Datura, only six species have been recorded as escapees in Europe of which four have been reported in the Balkans: Datura ferox L., Datura innoxia Mill., Datura metel L. and Datura stramonium L.

In the sandy banks, along its edge, we found Sea Squill, Charybdis maritima, Autumn Squill, Prospero autumnalis and a pale lilac form of our first Crocus cancellatus subsp. mazziaricus. We continued northwards along the Gulf of Corinth, passing dramatic gorges cut through the soft sandstones, before turning inland towards Kalavrita. Just before we reached our hotel we stopped to look at the monastery of Mega Spileon, perched on a high cliff above the Vouraikos Gorge. A tasty meal was ready for us in a local restaurant before we retired to bed after a long day. Day 2 Thursday 31st October We awoke to a clear sunny morning. After breakfast we drove up towards Mt. Chelmos. Our first stop was in an area of Kermes Oak scrub and open pasture where we found more Crocus cancellatus mazziaricus and a few Crocus biflorus melantherus with diagnostic black anthers. Cyclamen hederifolium was common in the forest showing a variety of leaf patterns.

There are no clear vegetative characteristics suitable for good identification of these species. The nuclear DNA values, however, reveal differences between these two species and also among other taxa.
