Page I of4 Honoured Sir, : It is to submit that Sri Rampalli Satya Phani Dattatreya Diwakar @ SpD Diwakar S/o Surya Subrahmanya Sitarama Swamy, age 34 years, Junior Assistant (on leave), O/o Superintending Engineer, Panchayath Raj (RwS) Department, Eluru, West Godavari District. R/o H.No. 3-167, Tanuku, West Godavari District, joined in Government Service on 15.06.2009 as a Junior Assistant in Panchant Raj Department through compassionate grounds and he has been working as Junior Assistant in the office of Superintending Engineer, panchyat Raj (RWS) Department, Eluru, West Godavari District from 2009 till date. Further reveals that reputation of . A.o is very bad. Presently he is on long leave since March-201g.

The Accused Officer is native of Thurpu Vipparu village, Iragavaram Mandal, West Godavari District. AO's father, Sri Rampalli Surya Subrahmanya Sitarama Swamy worked as teacher and died about 9 yrs ago while he was in service. His mother Smt. R. Venkata Subba Lakshmi is a house wife and residing at Tanuku town. A.O is younger among 2 siblings and urunarried. The A.O's elder brother Sri Rampalli Srinivasa Rama Krishna Kiran Kumar working as Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration of Sree Vasavi Engineering Private collge, Pedda Tadepalli, west Godavari district

The Accused Officer had intentionally enriches properties illicitly all worth of Rs. 3,52,01'000/- which are held in his name, during check period fromgl .Ol.Z0l2 to 31.12.2017.

AC)'s income has arrived from the different sources during the said check period

approximately at Rs.2,13,00,000/-and his expenditure arrived during the saicl period under different heads was approximately at Rs. 34,33,0001-.

As seen from the income and expenditure, there are likely savings of Rs. l,7g,67,000l- (lncome - Expenditure). Sri Rampalli Satya Phani Dattatreya Diwakar (A.O) is in possession of assets worth of Rs. 3,52,01,000/- against his likely savings of Rs. 1,78,67,000/-. Thus, AO is in possession of assets which are disproportionate to the known sources of his income to a tune of Rs. 1,73,34,000/- (Assets - likely savings) which are intentionally enriches himself (AO) illicitly during the working period (check period) of his office by committing criminal mis-conduct, thereby he (AO) had committed an offence punishable U/s l3(1)(b) r/w 13 (Z) of prevention of Comrption (Amendment) Act,20 I 8.
