But the pattern of symptoms does not match the virus which has been proven to have infected humans since 1954 and has never previously been associated with shrunken brains in newborn babies, nor does the geographic propagation pattern match the natural propagation pattern of a mosquito carried virus that would cause undersized brains in newborn babies if it really did exist. This "shrunken brain" issue in newborns was just suddenly in Brazil as if someone flipped a switch, and the only way that could really happen is via the sudden arrival of a new brain destroying MMR vaccine, which all pregnant Latin American women are strongly encouraged to get before week 22 of pregnancy. This perfectly matches the probable arrival of the real culprit - a tainted MMR vaccine, which if administered in May (when this virus supposedly arrived) would be causing precisely the shrunken newborn baby brain problems Brazilians are having now, right on schedule. The claim is that a mosquito naturally carried this disease across almost all of South and Central America in only six months. This defies all logic because mosquitoes have a life cycle that is too long for immediate propagation and won't fly more than a mile from where they hatch, which would limit the movement of a totally new disease to a mile or so a month, not 30 miles a day. A continent wide outbreak of a totally new virus is not the same thing as an outbreak of malaria, which is already everywhere and only needs the correct conditions to bring it forward. As standing proof of the impossibility any totally new host/carrier/host dependent disease could naturally propagate so rapidly, just look at how long it took the killer bee which needs no intermediate host to propagate through south and central America. It took the killer bee decades to do so and bees can fly miles in a day. And the killer bee was not host dependent, which in the case of the Zika virus, which is host dependent might permanently quarantine such a virus to a small area via demography alone. Additionally, if the zika virus spread so readily, it should have made it to Brazil from Africa during the first periods of air traffic 50 years ago, traveling to Brazil via infected passengers, who would then pass it along to the Brazilian mosquitoes. If it was as contagious as they claim, and it really did shrink baby brains, it should have been decades old news.

    The Main Weaknesses of the Management System in the State Administration of Georgia as Supporting Factors for Corruption and Money Laundering Shalva Machavariani, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center, Georgia As a country of transition economy, Georgia is characterised by a kind of disor- der in the governance system, which acts as the main reason for the growth of corruption. In the Annual Report (2000) of Transparency International (Coalition against corruption) (Transparency International 2000), Georgia took 84–86th place to- gether with Albania and Kazakhstan among 99 countries in terms of corruption level. 2 years later Georgia had moved to 127th place (Transparency Interna- tional 2003, 5), indicating a tendency to corruption growth. In 2000, 2001 and 2002 (The State Department of Statistics of Georgia 2000, 28–30; The State Department of Statistics of Georgia 2001, 102–105) local en- trepreneurs named the following as the main obstacles to business development: a) Corruption in public services, 62.7%, 52.6% and 63.6% of respondents respectively; b) Dependence of business on government, 50.6%, 59.5% and 61.4% of respondents respectively (Figure 1). Particularly, corrupt public servants and dominating private interests have re- sulted in the growth of the shadow economy. According to the International Monetary Fund, in the countries of transition economy, the share of the shadow economy of the Gross Domestic Product varies between 21–30% on average. In Georgia, the situation is worse: the State Department of Statistics of Georgia has estimated that one third of total production is not accounted for, and according to the International Monetary Fund, the proportion of the shadow economy is as high as 64% of the GDP (Schneider and Enste 2002).

The Pallavicinis are related to ancient Iranian royals and the Pahlavi dynasty which later established itself in Armenian as the Pahlavunis. The prosecution of Israel Mizrahi and Joseph Reisch for the killing of Russian mobster Michael Markowitz took place nearly seven years after the event and almost six-thousand miles from the quiet Brooklyn street where the execution occurred.' The saga of this trial illustrates the increasingly intricate world of international organized crime, and provides an example of law enforcement professionals from differing legal systems combining their efforts against members of international criminal enterprises. And so there has been a trend over the last few months here in the United States of Amnesia, which is the erasure of the Trump Crime Cult's history by both the media and by officials, including a near total lack of accountability for the January 6th attack on the Capitol. Instead, media outlets and politicians have drowned themselves in debates over Dr. Seuss, Mr. Potato Head, or Mrs. Potato Head. I don't know what the hell it's called, because it's a freaking plastic potato, and other trivialities that they are redefining as culture wars. There's a lot to say about the difference between the right-wing depiction of "wokeness," versus, say, civil rights and historical accuracy, or for that matter, the difference between "cancel culture” and accountability. Sarah Kendzior: For example, it's not cancel culture when a publisher pulls Josh Hawley's book about the evils of big tech after he encouraged a violent attack on the country that he's supposed to defend.
