The ward/village-tract election sub-commissions must hand over the sealed ballot boxes containing the advance ballots to the respective polling station heads prior to the opening of the polls on Election Day. 2. When polling stations closed, the poll heads have to count the advance ballots from the ballot boxes firstly in front of the members of polling stations includ- ing witnesses, people and representatives of the polling stations and then they have to count the ballots cast in the polls. After counting the ballots, the poll heads have to put the ballots and advance ballots for each Hluttaw Candidate including invalid votes, remaining ballot papers, receipts, and Form (16-1), voters lists of the polling stations, receipts for advance votes and Form (17) in the envelopes according to the stipulations and must send these documents and sealed bags to the relevant township election sub-commissions. 3. It is here announced that the persons who are unrelated with this case must not come along in ballot transportation as these activities will be carried out only by the officials permitted by the Hluttaw Election Law in accordance with the health guidelines for prevention, control and treatment of COVID-19.
