Luisa Iñiguez Rojas * Dr. Omar Everleny Pérez * * El presente trabajo reflexiona sobre las desigualdades espaciales y sociales, que emergen en el marco de la crisis y la recuperación económica en la década de los años no-venta en la provincia Ciudad de La Habana. Tiene como objetivo explorar los componentes precedentes y sobreimpuestos, en los que en la actualidad evolucionan las desigualdades territoriales de la provincia. De forma específica aborda los procesos históricos que brindan el sustrato de su heterogeneidad territorial interna. Los resultados argumentan las desigualdades territoriales de indicadores económicos y sociales, la urgencia de profundizar en la reconfiguración de estas y revela el significado de las precedencias históricas de los fijos yflujos espaciales, en las desigualdades Inter e intraterritoriales. Concluye sobre el significado de estos enfoques, en el diseño de intervenciones que logren equili­ brios distributivos que acompañen la recuperación económica, y en especial promuevan la distribución espacial equitativa, material y no material de esta recuperación. LA REPERCUSIÓN de la acción del Estado sobre la reformulación del espacio interno está marcada, tanto por el carácter contingente de su intervención, como por la expresión del pasado en fijos.
