SOLUTIONS HIGHLIGHTS Building 995 at Naval Base Kitsap is a maintenance shop/ware- PVC Roofing: house and office facility located in Bremerton, Washington. Our 13,500 square feet of Versico roofing project involved the removal and replacement of 13,500 square installed on Building 995 feet of roofing and the installation of a ship ladder at the south end of the occupied building. Guard Rails: 440 lineal feet of perimeter guard rails designed by Snyder and The project was challenging as it was a steep, barrel shaped engineer certified roof and work was done during winter months. Crew size was increased to get the job done quickly, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. In addition to roofing, Snyder designed and installed a permanent, engineered hand rail around the perimeter of the parapet walls. This serves as a fall protection measure for future maintenance work taking place on the building.
