Founder Coach Greg Glassman on the foun- dational movements and methodology of CrossFit, Inc. This guide is designed to be used in conjunction with the Level 1 Course to develop the participant’s knowledge and trainer skills and as an essential resource for any- one who is interested in improving their own health and fitness.
