Exploring the Astral Plane Q&A Astral projection refers to an out-of-body-experience (OBE) during which the astral body or consciousness leaves the physical body and travels through the astral plane and other dimensions. People often experience this state during illness or when involved in a near death experience, but it is also possible to practice astral projection at will. These are the instructions on how to get started. Part 1 PREPARING 1. START IN THE MORNING Rather than practicing astral projection at night, right before you go to sleep, start in the early morning hours when you’re still feeling drowsy. Someone says that it’s easier to reach the necessary state of relaxation and heightened awareness around dawn. Yet it is possible to astral travel at any time so there are no hard and fast rules. CREATE THE RIGHT ATMOSPHERE Astral projection requires a state of deep relaxation, so it should be performed in a part of your home where you’re completely comfortable. Lie on your bed or sofa and relax your mind and body. • It’s easier to perform astral projection alone than it is with someone else in the room. If you usually sleep with a partner, choose a room other than the bedroom to practice astral projection. A good time to do it is when no one else is in and make sure no one is going to walk into the room when you’re in astral flight. • Draw the shades or curtains and rid the room of distracting noises. Any type of interruption could disrupt the state of relaxation you need to achieve. 3. LIE DOWN AND RELAX Position yourself on your back in your chosen room. Close your eyes and try to clear your mind of distracting thoughts. Concentrate on your body and how it feels. The goal is to achieve a state of complete mind and body relaxation. • Flex your muscles and then loosen them. Start with your toes and work your way up your body, gradually making your way to your head. Make sure every muscle is completely relaxed when you are through. • Breathe deeply and exhale completely. Don’t hold tension in your chest and shoul- ders, just relax. • Focus your mind on your breathing. Don’t get carried away with thoughts of outside worries, and don’t get preoccupied yet with the idea of your soul projecting from your body. SET YOUR INTENTION (CHRISTALLIN COMMAND) “Even if I don’t know how to project my consciousness outside of my body to astral travel through time, other dimensions and space, what I do know with certainty is that I can do so now even when I am not fully aware of all of it and I am fulfilled knowing that this skill will get better and better as I practice! Delete, delete, delete on all levels of my essence and cellular consciousness all informa- tion, emotions, fears, blocks and other impressions or memories that could in any way would block, limit or diminish my capacity to freely travel through the interdimensional time and space continuum beyond linear time. Download, download, download in my essence, autonomous nervous system and con- sciousness all resources that will enhance, improve or accelerate my abilities to freely astral travel safely as I choose to do so! I feel safe and free of worries as I astral travel beyond the known realities and explore new dimensions and known dimensions without the limitation of time and space, I open up all my channels the receive impressions, information, sounds, images, feelings and knowledge during my astral travels that serve my highest good, I am protected and shield off of any harm or negativity. I now declare that it is so, and so it shall be or something even better! I thank the Universe for all the assistance and support I receive, thank you, thank you!”. 5. AROMATHERAPY & CRYSTALS • It can be helpful to use a quartz crystal to raise and speed up your vibrations as preparation. Gently hold the crystal on your third eye slightly above the centre of your eyebrows with closed eyes and breathing deeply. Feel the vibrations and your head clearing; you can envision golden, white, purple or any colour light if you like. During the meditation and astral travelling you can hold the crystal in your hand or place it on your chest or abdomen. The crystal will empower and protect you because of its high vibrations; negative energies have lower vibrations. • Another great tool is to use the same aromatherapy right before you begin your journey, rub it in your hands, 3rd eye, and beyond the base of your skull and on your crown chakra space. 6. 5 ELEMENTS Use the 5 Element Protocol and free flow (here is an example) • Switch: Alternating fists hitting your Left and Right hand palm and say so- mething like: “I accept and love my Astral Self even when I don’t believe I can easily astral travel and have my Conscious Astral Self leave my body and travel through time and space at will and I accept and love my Astral Self even when I believe with 100% certainty that I can easily, gracefully and joyously astral travel and have my Conscious Astral Self leave my body and travel through time and space at will, any time I choose to do so!”. © Christallin Oracle Training by Joy Martina PhD - Roy Martina MD Oracle Training ® • Spleen REFLEX POINT (under Left axilla): “I deserve to be capable with 100% certainty to gracefully and joyfully astral travel and have my Conscious Astral Self leave my body and travel through time and space at will, any time I choose to do so! Each time my capacity to astral travel is getting stronger and easier and is more fun to do! I release all doubts and limiting beliefs and replace them with joyful expectations and self-confidence!”. • Thumbs (tap them against each other): “I release all heaviness, all sadness and other limiting feelings, thoughts and beliefs that could in any way limit my capacity to astral travel in any way and I choose to be light, optimistic and unstoppable in training myself to become the best astral traveler I can be!”. • Courage points (next to the top of the breastbone): “I step into my power to release all fears, all insecurities or worries I may have around astral travel and access my courage and determination to freely astral travel when I choose so and to know that it is safe, fun and inspirational!”. • Liver (right side just under the rib cage): “I forgive myself for believing I am not good at this and for allowing my doubts, fears and worries to limit me in de- veloping the skills I was born with and I choose now to be free of any limitations I may have and to be free to astral travel at will. I am free to astral travel now and continuously.” 7. CROWN HEART INTEGRATION Energetically connect your crown chakra with your heart chakra after grounding your root chakra with red roots deep into the earth, by waving your hands from top of head to heart. Say something like the following: © Christallin Oracle Training by Joy Martina PhD - Roy Martina MD Oracle Training ® • “I am free to astral travel at will to any place or time in the Universe and be safe, protected and conscious of the dimensions I visit and observe!”. • “I am certain that with each travel I get better and better and I can more con- sciously move through the time space continuum under full protection of Uni- versal helpers and my Divine Connection!”. • “I am made of light vibrations that can be anywhere at will and take my con- scious awareness through interdimensional portals faster than light to any place or time in the Universe without any negativity or suffering, I enjoy my journeys outside of my 3-Dimensional Body.” • “I love astral travelling and remote viewing and enjoy my adventures in full con- sciousness and when I sleep!”. Now you have anchored your body with earth (though your root chakra) and have ener- gized your energy body (5 elements) and aligned your chakras for astral travel and free yourself from emotions, thoughts or limitations. Fasten your seatbelts, you are ready to take off! Start to relax deeply. Part 2 Moving Your Consciousness From Your Body 1 REACH A THETA BRAIN STATE This brainwave state is normally known as the hypnagogic or deep trance state. Let your body and mind approach sleep, but don’t completely lose consciousness. Being at the edge of wakefulness and sleep, the so-called Theta state, is necessary for astral projection to occur. © Christallin Oracle Training by Joy Martina PhD - Roy Martina MD Oracle Training ® Reach this state using the following method: • Keeping your eyes closed, let your mind wander to a part of your body, such as your hand, foot or a single toe. • Focus on the body part until you can visualize it perfectly, even with your eyes closed. Continue focusing until all other thoughts fall away. • Use your mind to flex your body part, but do not physically move it.
