The Complete Wedding Planning Package is for couples who want comprehensive assistance planning their special day from start to finish. With this package, the couple and their planner work side-by-side to create the perfect plan to capture the complete vision for the wedding.

This package is highly recommended for couples who have busy schedules, need help planning their destination wedding, or simply need help staying on track.

We start by learning about the vision for your event and then help connect our couples with the best-suited vendors for their style and budget. From there, we work together to tackle the more daunting tasks of creating a budget, researching and booking vendors, reviewing contracts and rental orders.

Never fear! Our Smash Planners will take the lead, bringing enjoyment and excitement to the planning process without the added stress.

Our primary goal at Smash Events Planning is for our clients to enjoy the wedding planning process and allow us to help create and execute their dream wedding just as it was imagined.

The Complete Wedding Package allows us to become closer than ever with our clients while we help plan the wedding of their dreams!

• An initial consultation/lunch date – Our Treat! • Access to our Preferred Vendors List and customized planning folder • Weekly phone calls and/or emails leading up to the wedding day • Creation and execution of wedding day timeline/schedule of events & ceremony/reception layout • Attend Catering + Cake Tastings + (1) rental company showroom visit • Attend (2) site visits, if required • Place and manage all rental orders • Budget Breakdown and management and Contract Analysis • Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs • Set up and manage hotel blocks for out-of-town guests • Guidance on wedding etiquette • Creation and execution of ceremony and reception layout • Direction Ceremony Rehearsal • Assisting the family, wedding and guests as needed • Setup of guestbook, personal décor, favors, champagne flutes, & all personalized printed materials • Coord. of boutonnière pinning/ensuring wedding party & special family members receive flowers • Coordination of all deliveries/installations of wedding day in accordance with vendor contracts • Direction of and assist to vendors with set-up of ceremony and reception sites • Distribution of final payments and gratuities • Management and coordination of transportation for family and guests • Final seating and table inspection prior to reception • Coordination of arrival of guests and ceremony processional • Cue all music changes and speeches with band/DJ • Cue guest of honor and family for special moments including: cake cutting, toasts and dancing • Serve as point person for all vendors—cueing timing throughout event • Manage and remedy all moment-to-moment challenges • Supervise strike of venue & collection of any personal items & gifts as previously planned with client • Make any necessary returns to vendors • Provide event emergency kit (including sewing kit, stain remover, etc.) • Complete Day-Of Coordination, including ceremony and reception (Approx. 12 hours of work)

Event Planning Services Month- of Wedding Planning Package

The Month-Of Planning Package is for couples that want to personally handle the entire scope of the wedding planning process themselves, but need a professional to execute all their hard work on the day of the wedding.

When you choose our Month-of Wedding Planning Package, we will carry out your plans smoothly and discreetly while handling any glitches that arise. We will make sure you can enjoy, relax, and spend time with guests on your big day, knowing that all of those behind-the-scenes tasks are being handled.

We understand that each couple’s desires and needs for their wedding are different, therefore we will work with you to create a plan of action that is customized to you.

To determine what you will need from us, we will host an initial consultation to review what you have in mind. If we find that your needs are beyond the scope of the Month-Of Planning Package, we’d be more than happy to offer our more comprehensive planning package.

• An initial consultation/lunch date – Our Treat! • Phone calls and/or emails, as needed, leading up to the wedding day • Access to our Preferred Vendors List and customized planning folder • Attend catering tasting • 1 hour wedding rehearsal management • 12 hours of onsite coordination, Day-Of • Creation and execution of wedding day timeline/schedule of events & ceremony/reception layout • Supervision and execution of ceremony and reception set up and activities • Attend one visit to rental company’s showroom • Attend up to (2) site visits, if required • Placement and management of all rental orders • Receive all deliveries/rentals at reception site • Direction of and assist to vendors with site breakdown/clean up • Make any necessary returns to vendors • Emergency Wedding Kit • Pack up and return any personal items, post wedding • Placement of predetermined additional décor/reception items, such as provided favors, escort cards, table numbers, toasting flutes, cake cutting set, guestbook, photograph displays, programs, B + G chair décor and other agreed upon items • Complete coordination of wedding rehearsal + ceremony • General personal assistance to wedding party and family throughout the day • Pinning of boutonnieres/corsages, providing with bouquets at appropriate time • Coordination of grand exit/help stage exit vehicle • Packing of gifts, leftover favors, decor, and other miscellaneous items to hand over to designated family member(s)/friends

Our Full-Service Catering Includes: • Complete set up of your tables, chairs, + linens (if your venue does not provide this service) • Set up of place settings, candle lighting, and placement of delivered centerpieces onto guest tables • 8-hour service minimum for ; 6-hour service minimum for rehearsal dinners, private , + corporate events • Onsite cooking at your event • Preparation of all rental items to be picked up by rental company • Complete breakdown and clean up after your event

Additional Service Info Sales Tax 7% Sales Tax is added to all services

Travel Smash Events covers the first 40 miles of rounds trip travel. Client covers any mileage thereafter at the rate of $1/mile, which will apply to each member of service staff required.

Trash haul Out $250

Tastings A complimentary tasting is included for up to (6) guests with booked catering services.

Gratuity An 18% Service Charge is added to the cost of food and beverage only
