In early 2018, I launched my news & political commentary and research Vlog (also referred to as a “Video-Log,” or “Vlog”) to social media video platforms after MANY years of thinking about doing so. My purpose was that I had a LOT of information that I needed to get out to whomever would listen. I needed to have a paper trail of why I was saying what I was saying. And the most important thing for myself was to stay centered on the task at hand... The Following is an ongoing story...

On July 2, 2020 at her luxurious, remote 156-acre compound in Bradford, New Hampshire, The FBI broke through Ghislaine Maxwell’s locked gate. Agents then began identifying themselves as they approached her dwelling, at which time they could see Ghislaine looking at them through a window, which is when they asked her to open the door. She ignored their orders and tried to flee and was consequentially arrested and taken into custody. Maxwell was transferred to a federal detention facility in Brooklyn (USA) on July 6 and on July 14 she made a “virtual” (by camera) court appearance.

Her trial date is set for July 12, 2021 (as of the date of this writing) and she will be facing the charges against her of:

“enticement of minors, sex trafficking children, and 2 perjury.”

The year prior to Lady Maxwell’s arrest, she was seen at a

$3 million-dollar oceanside estate belonging to tech CEO and *Council of Foreign Relations member, Scott Borgerson, in which he, being Scott Borgerson, denied Ghislaine Maxwell had or was ever there at all. However, The New York Post said that she was reportedly “living with tech CEO Scott Borgerson in his secluded mansion in Manchester-by-the- Sea, Massachusetts since 2016, according to a close neighbor.” *It should be noted at this time that Scott Borgerson was also an associate of Alaskan Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski having communication and association by way of both individuals being board members of The Arctic Circle Organization.

A 2008 biographical document from the Council of Foreign Relations notes that Borgerson had joined the CFR in 2008, he also deeply believed in “saving the oceans” and in “climate change.” It was also noted that Scott Borgerson according to that biographical document states that: “…he served on the boards of The Arctic Circle Organization, the Kostas Homeland Security Institute, Catalyst Maritime and The Institute for Global Maritime Studies…”

With Climate Change issues in the forefront, Scott Borgerson not only was an associate of Lisa Murkowski, but also of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, according to another document provided to National File.

On May 24, 2012 Scott Borgerson appeared at a conference under the banner of an initiative called: “Arctic Imperative,” which was a forerunner to The Arctic Circle Organization. This, he later described 3 as being “pivotal” for him.

Scott Borgerson, a former Coast Guard officer and maritime- affairs specialist, made the foundational goal of his CargoMetrics to become The National Security Agency (NSA) of Global Shipping-Data- Tracking, giving the company’s mission statement attesting to its destination “To Maintain Running Data on Global Shipping – Cargo and Ship movements.”

CargoMetrics (data-vendor) maintains a GIGANTIC database that accurately produces daily algorithmic interpretations of trends and: “reams and reams of information ABOUT, VERY SPECIFICALLY, WHAT is being shipped WHERE and HOW much…” This type of database no doubt was of interest to Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein because

their ENTIRE profession was centered on gathering information of interest and holding it 6 over the lives of global powerful political and corporate officials and coincidentally enough, Borgerson was seeking investors.

Having the foundational goal of his CargoMetrics to become The National Security Agency (NSA)of Global Shipping-Data-Tracking, it is yet another series of fortuitous events that led to the meeting of another former Coast Guard officer in 2007 named Randy Beardsworth.

Beardsworth was a partner in “Catalyst Partners,” a D.C. consultancy specializing in homeland security and in 2009 when Borgerson was seeking investors he approached Beardsworth for “advice,” seeing how Beardsworth at that time was chairing the government interagency group which was working for the new Obama administration to consolidate the National Security Council and The Homeland Security Council, which at the time he took office were two separate advisory bodies.

Overseeing this consolidation project was Homeland Security Advisor and Counterterrorism “Czar,” John Brennan.

Randy Beardsworth had an EXTENSIVE background in Homeland Security and was amongst the first executive-level officials in the Homeland Security Department that had been officially created under George W. Bush. He was also the ops chief for Boarder and Transportation Security (TSA). Interestingly was how quickly Scott Borgerson’s CargoMetrics intertwines within a timeframe which so happens to also coincide with Brennan’s role in Spygate and Russiagate

Investor Doug Doan, who had a venture capitol firm called Hivers and Strivers, was introduced to Borgerson by way of Beardsworth.

Doan was contracting for homeland security technology and data requirements.

Doan and his wife Lurita ran a company called New Technology Management, Inc. (NMTI) which was at the forefront of automating Customs and Boarder Protection operations after 9/11. This technology had an emphasis of catching terrorists instead of drug runners.

That emphasis was about having an automated database with information on PEOPLE in it...

The NSA and LAW ENFORCMENT that used this database and its systems saw the private information of MILLIONS of Americans. 8

Also around 2013 is when Ghislaine Maxwell had launched her TerraMar Project, a maritime environmental initiative that partnered with The Clinton Global Initiative to the tune of $1.25 million with the goal of getting “sustainable development goals” adopted by international institutions.

For myself, it was Alice Rogoff (Rubenstein) that was the “Key Stone” in my part of the tale that sprang 19 from a chance article I stumbled upon that just so happened to be running the photograph seen here with THE logo: ARCTIC CIRCLE ORGANIZATION

This is Ghislaine Maxwell, the now captured human trafficker and the daughter of British media mogul Robert Maxwell.

Robert Maxwell has a unique tale all unto his own but to keep on center point here I will highlight a few bits of important information to bring forward with us as this story begins to twist into the tales of other individuals involved: One, Robert Maxwell was a Mossad Agent, two, he had “newsprint” publications. Robert Maxwell stole the source codes for a computer program from the United States called:

The Enhanced PROMIS (which is part of “Inslaw, Inc.”) This coding was an Artificial Intelligence forerunner which was one such called Advanced PRISMA.

It was later found that the reason the United States air defenses did not automatically launch during the terrorist attacks on New York City on September 11, 2001 was rumored it was because Mossad21 “hacked” the system having already had the “source coding” years ago. It was reported that while 3000 people were being murdered, on live global television, there were reports of “dancing Israeli’s,” which that act alone angered endless amounts of Americans. PROMIS is believed by some to be the forerunner to the now infamous “Prism” program by the National Security Agency (NSA). The “Prism” program was brought to light by leaker Edward Snowden, yet it is now coming to light, that a program has existed long before this new revelation. It was known as PROMIS.

In the early days, Maxwell had a business partner by the name of Charles Bronfman (yes, of relations to the “Bronfman Sisters”) and the two were MAJOR in part co-founders of “Mega-Group,” that aided the successful Mossad plot to plant a trapdoor in the newly acquired U.S.- created software that they then sold to governments and companies throughout the world (and Guerrilla warfare groups).

The successful plot to steal the source coding was largely due to the role Maxwell being a close associate of the then-President Ronald Reagan, who he later then helped aid (Reagan) in the cover-up of the Iran Contra scandal.

Some years later, Robert Maxwell’s daughter,22 — Ghislaine Maxwell — would find herself in the company of a one: Jeffrey Epstein. At the time of their meeting, Jeffrey was bankrolling a similar software program to what Robert and Charles had “obtained,” that was being marketed for critical electronic infrastructure in the U.S. and abroad. That company has deep and troubling connections to Israeli military intelligence, associates of the Trump administration, and the Mega Group.

A common red-string that I have noticed when it comes to white- collar criminals is their use of “philanthropy” to provide cover for more unscrupulous lobbying or business activities which just so happen to have been pioneered decades earlier by Sam Bronfman while across the pond, the North American elites like J.D. Rogoff’s husband, billionaire David Rubenstein, is famous as one of the founders of The Carlyle Group, a private equity firm which manages $230 billion worth of assets under management across 4 core business segments and 397 different investment “vehicles.”

The People of Alaska’s Permanent Fund Dividend was also invested through Alice Rogoff’s husband David Rubenstein of The Carlyle Group to which since said time, the People have yet to this date of writing have not received their “FULL PFD”...(does Our money even exist anymore?).

Alice Rogoff became the majority owner of the Alaska Dispatch in 2008. And In April 2014, it was announced that Rogoff and the Alaska Dispatch would purchase the Anchorage Daily News, the largest newspaper in Alaska by circulation, for US$34 million. The transaction placed Alaska's largest newspaper under the control of Rogoff and the Alaska Dispatch. She announced in 2017 that she was giving up control of the newspaper and it was being reorganized under Chapter 11 bankruptcy laws. Currently The Binkley Family of Fairbanks who own The River Boat Discovery now own The Anchorage Daily News.

In addition to her business ventures, Alice Rogoff helped found the Alaska House New York and the Alaska Native Arts Foundation28. Rogoff and her ex-husband have funded the participation by Juneau, Alaska in the Any Given Child program, which promotes arts in education.
