Crafted in small batches, Opus Luxembourg Dry Gin is a harmonious blend of 8 local elements, hand-picked in the rural surroundings and mixed with 18 botanicals classics of the gin genre. The outcome is a spirit of layered complexity that gives gin enthusiasts an elevated experience. Luxembourg Opyos Navy Strenght Gin 4 cl 13.50 Opyos Navy Strenght Gin is created by adding an extra amount of juniper berries to the classic Dry Gin recipe and bottled at a higher proof in order to capture the entire essence of the juniper berry. Crafted in small batches, Opyos Navy Strenght Gin combines our unique botanical bouquet with a full-bodied palette of juniper-forward flavours, balanced by hearty notes of pine needles and spicy citrus aromas, while stimulating a crisp warmth. Luxembourg Opyos Sloe Gin 4 cl 13.50 Opyos Sloe Gin is made by resting a selection of hand-picked sloe berries in a base of their award-winning Opyos Luxembourg Dry Gin for several months. The result is a wonderfully balanced palette of flavours, characterised by gentle notes of sweet almond and seductive fruit aromas that come alive in a velvety texture and warm violet colour. Luxembourg Opyos Chardonnay Cask Aged Gin Vintage 2019 4 cl 14.50 Opyos Chardonnay Cask Aged Gin is the second release of the Opyos “Cask Aged” series and limited to 999 bottles. The 2019 edition is more local than ever, firstly they matured their classic Dry Gin in new oak barrels from Luxembourg, originating from the forests of Berdorf. These medium toasted casks are adding an additional layer of complexity to the spirit and are enhancing flavours of fresh spices, earthy notes and a light smokiness. It is then transferred tp reconditioned French oak Cgardonnay barriques from the cellars of Maison Viticole Schmit-Fohl, in order to capture and balance the essential particularities of the Chardonnay casks, marked by toasty fruit nuances, spicy hazelnut aromas and a clear amber appearance. London Bombay Saphire Dry Gin 4 cl 10.50 The creation of Bombay Saphire is truly unique. Whilst ordinary gins boil their botanicals directly in the spirit to achieve their flavour, the taste of Bombay Saphire is created through the Vapour Infusion process. London N°3 Dry Gin 4 cl 11.50 A beautifully elegant London Dry Gin that, with juniper at its heart, is a hallmark of the style. No.3 is a perfectly balanced, smooth, unmistakable, classic London Dry Gin. Netherlands Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin 4 cl 11.50 This is a traditional Gin obtained by distillation of alcohol of wheat. Botanists used are juniper, orange peel and lemon peel, coriander, angelica, orris root and fennel. The final product reflects the taste of juniper, angelica and bitter citrus peel. It is dry and smooth with a unique flavor, complex and balanced. Scotland Hendrick’s Gin 4 cl 11.50 Meet the delightfully curious Hendrick’s Gin. Life is simply too glorious not to experience its peculiar flavour, infused with rose and cucumber in the remote Scottish distillery. Ireland Bertha’s Revenge Gin 4cl 11.50 A legendary Droimeann cow from Sneem, Co. Kerry died in 1993. At 48 years old, the oldest cow. To immortalise her memory, they have bought her back. A fragant nose, soft mouth feel and warming, spicy middle notes to mirror her maternal core. Japan Roku Gin 4 cl 11.50 The first gin from Japan's legendary Suntory - Roku Gin. This expression is made using a selection of botanicals, including six Japanese botanicals that provide a whistle-stop tour of the four seasons. These include sakura leaf and sakura flower for spring, sencha tea and gyokuro tea for summer, sansho pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for winter. Traditional gin botanicals also featured include the likes of juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander and cinnamon, among others. England Silent Pool Gin 4 cl 11.50 A rich and clear juniper-driven spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile, notes of citrus and kaffir lime, grounded with the subtle sweetness of local honey.
