TROCAIRE BOXES– please bring in your Trocaire boxes as soon as possible. Converting the coins to notes be would be greatly ap- preciated. Also, please do not put foreign coins in the boxes as they cause problems with the counting machine. MEATH DIOCESAN ADORATION COMMITTEE are organising 40 hours of Adoration for the retention of the 8th Amendment in seven locations across the diocese. The venue for this area is TRIM PARISH CENTRE on Sun. 15th April at 3.00am, but you may do any hour that you wish, if the allocated times do not suit you. YOUTH GROUPS will continue on Thursday evening for Seniors (1st yr to 6th yr) from 6.30 to 8.30pm. Juniors on Friday from 5.00 to 6.30pm . Join the NET Team for an evening of food, faith and fun. MAINTENANCE WORKER required, for Martry/Donaghpatrick & Ardbraccan graveyards. 19½ hours per week and must be eligi- ble for CE. Contact Maeve on 046 924 1812 for further information. EUCHARISTIC ADORATION KNOCK PILGRIMAGE will take place on April 29th. Theme: The Family of Eucharistic Adoration. Contact Carmel Fagan on 087 797 9890 for further information. ST. ULTAN’S HISTORICAL SOCIETY will host a ‘Pop up Museum’ on the weekend of April 20th-22nd in Boyerstown Comm. Cen- tre. There will be items of local interest on display and people are invited to bring items to show. More details to follow. FEILE NA nÓg 2018 is being hosted by the Parish in June- which promises to be a great weekend for our clubs and parish, the U14 boys and girls clubs are holding a joint fundraiser on April 15th. A bake sale will be held after Mass in Boyerstown and Cortown. A coffee morning, bake sale and book sale along with some novelty activities will take place in Bohermeen Parish Centre after 11:30 Mass. All support would be greatly appreciated. If anyone would like to donate some baked goods or books, these can be dropped to the parish centre on Saturday from 5:00-6:30pm or in the morning before Mass or we can collect if required. Contact no’s. 087 739 4253 or 086 393 3554. THE IRISH WHEELCHAIR ASSOC wish to thank you for your generous contribution of €400.00 to their recent Church gate collec- tion. This money will be used in the local wheelchair centres. MEATH RIVER RESCUE will hold their annual Churchgate collection on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd at all Masses. PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS O, Jesus send labourers into your fields, which are awaiting Holy Apostles, Saintly Priests, Heroic Missionaries, dedicated Sisters and Brothers.     Draft Meath County Development Plan 2020-2026 Appendix 6 Record of Protected Structures Appendix 6 Record of Protected Structures EXPLANATORY NOTES The definition of a “structure” in the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended is as follows: “Any building, structure, excavation, or other thing constructed or made on, in or under any land, or any part of a structure so defined, and – a. where the context so admits, includes the land on, in or under which the structure is situate, and b. in relation to a protected structure or proposed protected structure, includes – i. the interior of the structure, ii. the land lying within the curtilage of the structure, iii. any other structures lying within that curtilage and their interiors, and iv. fixtures and features which form part of the interior or exterior of any structure or structures referred to in subparagraph (i) or (iii) In addition to the above the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended defines a “Protected Structure” as: “ a. structure, or b. specified part of a structure, Which is included in a record of protected structures, and, where that record so indicates, includes any specified feature which is within the attendant grounds of the structure and which would not otherwise be included in the definition”. The Record of Protected Structures contains the structures protected under Section 51 of the Planning and Development Acts (as amended) for County Meath. With the abolition of the Town Councils of Navan, Trim and Kells, the RPS for these towns is now incorporated into the RPS for the County.
