Home of the Rockets Moon Valley High School GOVERNING BOARD The Glendale Union High School District Governing Board is comprised of a five-member MOON VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL board. The Governing Board serves as the school district’s policymaker in accordance with state and a proud member of the Glendale Union High School District federal law. The board’s responsibilities include adopting the budget, approving personnel, curriculum, and other district business matters.     Arizona Tax Credit Information Sheet The Arizona tax law (ARS 43-1089.01) allows taxpayers a TAX CREDIT on their state taxes. If you pay Arizona taxes, your contribution costs you nothing and will immediately go to support the high school and program of YOUR choice – in our case The Arizona Youth Leadership Conference (AZYLC). The TAX CREDIT maximum contributions are: -$400 for married couples filing joint returns -$200 for single individuals and head of household -$200 for married couples filing separate returns It is NO requirement that the taxpayer have a child enrolled in a public school to donate. *100% of your donation comes back to you on your state income tax return! Deadline to make your tax credit donation for calendar year 2018 is April 15, 2019. Must the credit for contributions made or fees paid to a public school be claimed in the year of donation?
