Brief summary: M/s. Airlinepros International Service Center Cochin LLP was incorporated on 21.06.2019 with its registered office in Kerala under LLP Act, 2008. The LLP is formed by agreement between AirlinePros Inc., USA and 11 individuals of which one is an Indian citizen. The LLP has three Designated partners.

AirlinePros Inc. is an aviation consulting company whom Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) engaged to assist in the promotion of ARC’s various joining programmes for carriers. It is a distribution and representation firm for airlines and travel suppliers. It facilitates logistics of selling, reporting, remitting procedure of ticket related transactions. The organization also offers training to maximize yield and minimize dilution taking into account various factors. Airline pro also offers general sales & marketing services through developing programmes to increase bookings yield or a combination with a 360 degree analysis incorporating sales data, agency production, etc.

M/s. Katzion Technology Solutions LLP, a holder of valid letter of approval No. KL:20:11:INFOPARK(II):1:2AN dated 27th July 2018, vide letter dated 22nd August 2019 has requested to consider and accord approval for their expansion/revision of their project. The Unit commenced its operation on 1st August, 2018. It is informed by the Unit that there is considerable increase in the volume of work which warrants revision in the project parameters. As per the proposal, built up area admeasuring 294.69 sq. mtrs. shall be added to the existing facilities for which the co-developer, M/s.Trans Asian have given their consent.
