ANNOUNCING THE 2018 DE SCHEDULE We are pleased to announce the 2018 High Performance Drivers Education (HPDE) schedule.

Some items of note: • High Plains Raceway has been resurfaced! • The Club Race/Advanced DE is moved to September 14-15. • There will not be an August HPR DE. However, maybe we’ll have a week night “mini” evening DE instead to take advantage of the cooler evening air. • The March AMR La Junta date will have a new format with an instructor-only weekend. AMR will conduct instructor training for instructor candidates and role playing for existing instructors on Saturday, followed by an instructor only DE on Sunday. RMR instructors/candidates will be welcome. • The April PPIR DE will also feature a Saturday autocross that will be run by RMR. The intent is to encourage novices/first-timers to participate. While the DE will be both Saturday and Sunday, the autocross will be Saturday and there will be a discounted fee for autocross participants to take the next step and participant in the Sunday DE. • We’ll have Ladies Day on a TBD Saturday at the Colorado State Patrol Track in Golden. Since the track will already be set up, we plan to add a Sunday DE for all comers but will be targeting novices. Of course, Ladies Day participants will be welcome, too – a second day to hone their skills!
