NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CCSG Activities Committee will hold a REGULAR meeting. CCSG reserves the right to suspend the order of the agenda at any time if necessary, to conduct business. 4. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: Senator Robin Givan moved to adopt previous minutes. Seconded. 5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Senator moved to approve agenda. Seconded. 6. PUBLIC COMMENTS: NONE 7. GUEST(S) SPEAKERS: NONE 8. MEMBER BOARD REPORTS: (Any reports please submit to Director of Activities/ Wynter Muro 24 hours prior to meeting.): NONE

9. NEW BUSINESS: a. This committee will discuss, give updates, and take possible action on Cesar Chavez Event details: Professor Guaracha agreed to teach the crash course for the Cesar Chavez event. There was a discussion on giving him a thank you gift for doing this and what exactly this and what exactly we should give him. Senator Natalie Gomez moved to give professor Guaracha a $50 Best Buy gift card as a Thank you for presenting at our Cesar Chavez event. b. This committee will have a quick discussion and take possible action on the event listed for March 26, 2021 for Women’s History Month: Tonight Slam poetry, rap, open forum for women by women. 6:15 PM Setup, 6:30-8PM EVENT, 8:15 Event cleanup. Natalie cant be at this event. Angela Ybarra, Ayesha Baig, Wynter Muro, Robin Givan will be attending event tonight. ANNOUNCEMENTS:  Director Wynter Muro: Activities Next meeting Friday, April 2, 2021 at 3:00-4:30pm Please come to our event tonight.  Senator Angela Ybarra: don’t forget about General Assembly March 25- 28, pick workshops that fit into schedule.  Senator Ayesha Baig: Which General Assembly workshops should we attend?  Charles Williams: For General Assembly try to fit into General Sessions into your schedule. 11.
