Dear Sir,

In reference to above and be in registered contractor of this circle for Jodhpur zone works on CLRC rates including all taxes etc as per norms of RVPN CLRC rates and terms & conditions issued vide order no. RVPN/SE/SSPC/TK/A.1/TN-2975/CLRC/D.501 Dated.24.05.2013 and further extended vide order no. RVPN/SE/SSPC/TK/A.1/TN- 2975/CLRC/D.1151 Dt. 11.09.2015. The quantum of work comes to Rs.33142.00 (Rs. Thirty three thousand one hundred forty two rupees only.) as per “G” schedule. So you requested to please submit your consent to this office till 3:00 PM Dt.12.10.2017 positively, so that work order procedure may initiated.
