Menu (50 points) • Create a menu for your own restaurant, including a recipe for your signature dish (L’etoile – the star). Compile the information and put it in a menu format of your choosing. The menu must include:
o The name, description, and picture of your restaurant. o Four-section menu, including a recipe for your chef's specialty. o Colorful, labeled pictures of your food. o French vocabulary words whenever possible.
• Write entirely in French. Divide your menu into four sections. Include at least 5 items per section. o Les hors d’oeuvres o Les plats principaux o Les boissons o Les desserts • Include colorful, labeled pictures of your food (throughout menu). • Give your items prices. Use the € and not the $.
• "Les Étoiles" o Every successful restaurant has a signature dish. Choose your own signature French dish to be featured on your menu. Include a recipe. The recipe should be in English.
