DESCRIPTION A charming character cottage set within the beautiful surrounds of Chiddingstone Hoath. Surrounded by beautiful mature grounds, and with far reaching views over the open countryside. Benefiting from three double bedrooms and ample living accommodation, as well as off road parking for several cars.

On the ground floor this charming character home offers plenty of accommodation with a large living room opening onto the garden, a dining room and separate kitchen. The living room is a real feature of the house with views over the beautiful surrounding garden and doors leading out. The room offers a generous space which has been divided into two living spaces by the current owner. The room enjoys a wood burning stove and exposed beams along with the original front door. The dining room adds further flexibility to the ground floor accommodation and is perfectly set up for formal and family events. The ground floor accommodation is then completed by the kitchen. The kitchen offers a well fitted range of wall and base units and ample work top areas over, along with a door leading out to the garden.

Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms and the family bathroom. In addition the upstairs accommodation also benefits from a large walk in wardrobe/storage space located off of the main landing area. The family bathroom has been re fitted to a high standard by the present owner and offers a panel enclosed bath with shower over, fitted cupboards and storage space, wash hand basin and wc.

Outside, the house is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens which have been divided into various entertaining and seating areas. For entertaining there is a decked area which is bathed in light from the favoured southerly aspect, along with a further seating area set outside the living room which is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The remainder of the garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature tree and hedged borders. There is ample off road parking for several cars on the driveway, which has lapsed planning consent for a detached garage.

We highly recommend an internal viewing to fully appreciate all this fantastic character home has to offer.

Viewings strictly by appointment only.
