The contact particulars of the applicant and respondents as noted in the Notice of Motion of Application for Referral to Mediation. Summary [1] EoP Prisoner of Swamp Elections Ecological Overshoot Cold War TRC submission via SA Representative Respondents to Geneva Convention relative to Treatment of Prisoner War; Chemical Weapons Convention and Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: DRAFT – 15 Feb 2019: Application for Referral to Mediation [1.1] A swamp election is any local, regional, or national political election where the nations electoral legislation is based upon Masonic War is Peace – clauses of international law that enable procreation and/or consumption above ecological carrying capacity limits, which are the direct and indirect cause of resource depletion, ecological overshoot and all racial, religious, class and gender resource conflict – international law. Politicians taking part in swamp elections consciously or unconsciously covertly and/or overtly bribe potential voters to vote for their candidacy by promising them individual or corporate innocence for sale indulgences – legislated innocence from breeding/consumption crimes of aggression externalities – welfare. [2] recommends among others the following amended definitions: [2.1] Political Party Leadership Crimes of Aggression Act of War: The leadership of any political party, who is convicted of endorsing a political party policy platform that allows candidates to campaign in support of legislation, and/or to enact legislation enabling or advocating on behalf of citizen procreation, consumption or production of resources above ecological carrying capacity limits, shall be guilty of political party leadership ‘crime of aggression act of war’. [2.2] Prosecutors Crimes of Aggression Act of War: Prosecutors who are convicted for consciously and/or intentionally failing to prosecute political, business or religious leaders whose political, business or religious organizational policy platform advocates on behalf of citizen procreation, consumption or production of resources above ecological carrying capacity limits, shall be guilty of prosecutorial ‘crime of aggression act of war’. [2.3] Citizen Scarcity Combatant Crimes of Aggression Act of War: Any individual who is found guilty of consciously or unconsciously advocating on behalf of, legislating, enforcing, or obeying any – cultural, religious, common, statutory, constitutional, or international – clause of national or international law enabling or advocating on behalf of human procreation, consumption or production of resources above ecological carrying capacity limits, is guilty of the ‘crime of aggression act of war’. We are facing many stresses like our loss of income and loss of childcare.We have to adjust all the time because the rules keep on changing. We are still reeling from the state of shock about the outbreak of the global epidemic of coronovirus. Tips on how to reduce this anxiety • Seek remote counselling if you are in therapy. • Try to distract yourself. • Avoid social media and the news as it only serves to create more anxiety.

AL JAMA-AH SUPPORTS LOCKDOWN REGULATIONS AL JAMA-AH fully supported the lockdown declared by the President and called on Muslims and the wider community to obey the lockdown Regulations to help flatten the curve of the virus. 2. AL JAMA-AH CONDEMNS THE “CONCENTRATION CAMP” FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE AL JAMA-AH criticized the DA-led City of Cape Town for refusing admission to the party’s journalist, Fuad Rahman and it’s councillors from visiting the notoriously known, “concentration camp” in Strandfontein for 1 500 homeless people. The DA denied entry to the “concentration camp” to members of opposition parties and community activists. The City of Cape Town’s Law Enforcements barred ANC Member of Parliament, Hon Faiez Jacobs who brought priests and imams to the site to offer them spiritual guidance and to inquire on their welfare.

GANIEF HENDRICKS Thursday | 23 April 2020 ALJAMA-AH CELEBRATES 13 YEARS Today we celebrate the 13th year of the formation of the Al Jama-ah, a political party for all communities. Al Jama-ah was formed on the 23rd April 2007 by its President Ganief Hendricks who is also the party’s leader in Parliament. Al Jama-ah made history when it became the only and first Muslim political party in South Africa to win a seat in National Parliament and in the Western Cape Legislature in 2019. Although AL JAMA-AH is physically unable to celebrate its 13th anniversary due to the Covid-19 lockdown, the party has enough reason to be proud of several achievements made over the past few years. The party has also a total of nine municipal councillor seats, in the Western Cape, KwaZulu Natal and in Gauteng. Despite being looked at as a “small” party, Al Jama-ah has a much bigger role to play not only in the Muslim community, but in All communities, hence our logo: “A Political Platform For All”. This year Al Jama-ah’s anniversary will be focused on assisting the government to fight the Covid-19 pandemic. Party leader and founding member, Ganief Hendricks says: “We have embarked on help fighting Covid-19 on every level possible, and with every available member and volunteers in remembering our 13 years of existence as a political party. Our fight against the Coronavirus is much bigger than a birthday celebration. Hendricks grew up in a very politically active household and since a young age his parents tagged him along to political meetings and to visit political prisoners.

GANIEF HENDRICKS Thursday | 23 April 2020 AL JAMA-AH CALLS ON POLICE TO ACT WITH RESTRAINT AL JAMA-AH has made an urgent appeal to the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta), Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma to issue a statement on the Amended Regulations on the sale of cooked meals and the free distribution thereof. This followed as the Parliamentary National Constituency Office of Al Jama-ah’s Covid-19 Team 24 hotlines received several calls from NGOs, community activists and individuals inquiring on the Regulations pertaining on the distribution of cooked meals to the needy. The inquiries followed the arrest of a community worker, Tauhierah John and another person, who served soup to several needy children in Capricon on behalf of a local NGO, Where Rainbows Meet. The arrests caused panic amongst several other community organisations and activists who have been feeding the needy since the start of the Lockdown. Another non-profit organisation who requested the services of its Hub in Delft to distribute bread to needy communities, were informed by their local councillor to stop the distribution as they, the Hub were not registered. Although we recognise members of the South African Police Services have a duty to maintain law and order Al Jama-ah is also concerned about some Metro police harsh action against community activists who feed the poor with hot meals. The President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa commended South Africans for opening their hearts to each other. We would like to see this spirit of helping one another to continue without activists having to fear arrest and police harassment.

Most have been formed recently, suggesting that many see an opportunity to capitalise on voter uncertainty after the Zuma years. Noteworthy, too, is the number of religious parties — with churches hoping to turn congregant numbers into political power. In the first of a two-part series, we take a brief look at the parties appearing on the ballot sheet in May. African Christian Democratic Party Launched in 1993, one of the ACDP’s unique claims to fame is that it was the only party to reject the South African Constitution — on the basis that it enshrined the right to abortion. Supports a return to “biblical principles”, including the imposition of the death penalty. Led by Dr Kenneth Meshoe, the ACDP received just over 104,000 votes nationally in the 2014 elections, giving it three seats in the National Assembly. African Congress of Democrats No information is available. Confusingly, there is a Namibian opposition party of the same name; and the South African Congress of Democrats was an anti-apartheid organisation run by radical white lefties. African Content Movement The ACM was launched in December 2018 by former SABC chief operations officer Hlaudi Motsoeneng. As per the party’s name, which refers to Motsoeneng’s policy of promoting local content at the SABC, the party will have a special focus on protecting creative artists.

The state’s failure in the province to provide safety to communities undermined the constitution. Moreover, many died (currently estimated at 337) in the looting and due to racist vigilante violence. Phoenix (estimated at 36 killed, 33 Africans and 3 Indians) and several other communities have been polarised due to such unlawful action. Trauma, suspicion and fear haunt many communities. Moreover, many of these communities have felt excluded due to high unemployment, poverty and inequality. The July violence was a spark in a powder keg of discontent.
