Prepay mobile broadband terms

1. These terms and conditions of the eir Mobile Prepay Broadband Service (“the Service”) are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of the eir Mobile Service. In the event of any conflict these terms and conditions will prevail.

2. Customers may use the Service to browse, or download from the internet to a limit of 1GB of data per day for a price of €2.99 if the Customer chooses the Day Pass, 2.5GB for a price of €7.99 if the Customer chooses a 7 day pass or 7.5GB month for a price of €19.99 if the Customer chooses the 30 Day Pass. For any usage in excess of the relevant allowance, see www.eir.ie/pricing. Usage of voice over protocol (VOIP) is not included.

3. The Service may only be used for internet use/downloading within the Republic of Ireland and within the EEA. See www.eir.ie/pricing for more information on applicable countries, fair use allowances and pricing. If you use your eir Mobile broadband device when roaming outside of the Republic of Ireland and the EEA, you will be charged at standard roaming rates, see www.eir.ie/roaming for details.

4. The Customer can send texts from the eir Mobile Broadband device. See www.eir.ie/pricing for more pricing information.

5. Customers of the Service cannot avail of any eir Mobile promotions relating to text messages which are associated with eir Mobile voice plans.

6. The Service data allowance for the 30 Day Pass must be used within one month. The Service data allowance for the 7 Day Pass must be used within seven (7) days. The Service data allowance for the Day Pass must be by midnight the same day of purchase.

7. The Service will be made available to the Customer within 24 hours of registration.

8. eir Mobile reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Service in whole or in part at any time.

9. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the Service are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law.
