(SZ) Joint Secretaries mostly students appears from farming community and from rural Mr. Ashish Gautam (NZ) areas. If examination fee will be high, in such case most of the Mr. Prashant Kumar (WZ) students will not be able to fill the examination form and talented Mr. Ankesh Chanchal (EZ) Mr. Jagat Jyoti Baruah (NEZ) students from rural area will be the sufferer. In a reply from Mr. Gopi Lal Aanjana (CZ) Agricultural University, Kota, it came to know that such amount Mr. S. Rathinavel (SZ) of fee is taken for meeting out their examination requirement State Cabinets State Presidents-28 (Annexure I). But, I wish to state that other national level as State Secretaries-28 well as state level exams are taking 5-6 times lower examination State Coordinators-50 fee (Annexure II). Univ. Coord. (52) College Coord. (800 ) Therefore, It is requested from Central Cabinet and National President, AIASA side to National President, INC to look in to the matter and suggest Chief Minister, Rajasthan for searching alternate way for developing the fund for examination purpose. Money from rural background community must not be the only way for collecting amount and become the cause for further deteriorating their economic situation. It is requested to look in to the matter and take necessary measures for decreasing fee up to Rs 500 per students. All India Agricultural Students Association and agricultural community will be grateful to you.
