The 2018-2028 Long Term Plan (LTP) was adopted on the 28 June 2018. It establishes the budget baseline for the 2020-2021 financial year. As such, the starting point for the Annual Plan process is a review of Year 3 of the LTP considering: New information impacting the budget; Council resolutions that impact the budget; and Timing variances of LTP projects that impact the Plan budget/work programme 3 Discussion The Annual Plan for the 2020-2021 year (1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021) will be the last one before the new LTP.
