ACCOMODATION The venue of ICCST2019, NCSCM, is situated in the main campus (GUINDY) of Anna University, Chennai, India. Campus accommodation: Guest house1 Around 20 rooms (AC (double) rooms) are available in the Guindy campus of Anna University. The cost of each room is Rs. 1000 (≈15 USD) per night. Being twin accommodations, if required, each of these rooms could be shared with a co-participant @ INR 500/person/night. Tariff does not include breakfast/ lunch/dinner. Guest house 2 4 standard double rooms (@ INR1500/room) and 1 suite (@INR2000/suite) are available in the other guest house of the Guindy campus. On completion of the registration formalities, the participants may write an email to [email protected] with subject ‘ICCST Campus Accommodation.’ With suitable reference, participants will be directed to the guest house contacts. Participants may directly pay online and book the rooms. The rooms will be allotted on first come first served basis. However, the conference committee cannot entertain accommodation requests received beyond 15th August 2019. The survey findings will assist you in benchmarking salary, and accordingly structure compensation. Thus, enabling you to manage businesses better and allow companies to attract and retain talent through equitable compensation practices. The study which was conducted across all hotels in India includes data from 196 hotels across 54 cities in India, reporting on 70 positions across the entire hotel hierarchy. All data submitted by participating organizations is regarded as highly confidential and only aggregate results have been reported. To gain a comprehensive understanding of salary and benefits, HVS analyzed the Total Annual Compensation across market positioning for each job role. Additionally, the report also includes a section which provides a snap shot overview of the critical benchmarks that hotel owners and operators typically like to determine in order to plan and forecast their budgets related to payroll cost and revenue. The data for this report has been provided by the individual hotels directly. Pursuant to the guidelines for workshops (the “Guidelines”) adopted by the General Assembly Ad Hoc Working Group of the Whole on 28 June 2011, workshops are organized under the auspices of the United Nations, in coordination with the secretariat of the Regular Process, represented by the Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea, Office of Legal Affairs, United Nations (the “Division”) and with the assistance of members of the Group of Experts. 3. According to the Guidelines, the objectives of the workshops are to: a. Review and evaluate all assessments considered by the participants to be relevant to the sea area under consideration and, on the basis of those evaluations, compile an inventory of assessments likely to be useful for the Regular Process. The assessments to be considered should be both those related to environmental issues and those related to socio-economic issues.
