2021 Summer Junior Program Information Richmond Country Club 2021 Summer Junior Tennis Program Monday July 5th - Friday Aug 27th, 2021 SUMMER JUNIOR TENNIS PROGRAM We are happy to unveil our 2021 Summer Junior Tennis Program. In light of COVID-19, we will continue to ensure that we have protocols set in place to provide the safest environment possible. Aside from that, our main goal is to provide first class quality lessons while maintaining the safest environment possible on and off our courts. We understand that every family or individual has different health and safety comfort levels and want to make sure we all take that into consideration. Please review the important information below regarding our Summer Junior Tennis Program 2021 Summer Schedule RCC will be running an 8-week Summer Program Schedule. Registration Participants who were registered in our Spring Program will receive first priority for our Summer Program. If spots remain open, we will invite new participants to join the groups on a first come first served basis. The priority for group acceptance is as follows: 1. RCC members, 2. Non-member spring participants, 3. New participants. *All new participants must complete and submit our COVID-19 form. This will be sent to you via email. Full Week Registration **10% SAVINGS** For all full week registrations (Monday-Friday or on short weeks, Monday-Thursday), a 10% discount will be applied to your total. Invoicing Process Once you choose which days you wish to participate in for the summer we will invoice you immediately. We require full payment in order to confirm your registration. For example, if you choose to attend a specific class every Tuesday and Thursday in July we will invoice you for the full amount and your spot will be held only once payment is received. REGISTRATION DATES MEMBERS Monday April 26th- April 28th, 2021: FULL WEEK CAMP Member Registration only Thursday April 29th- May 2nd, 2021: Full and Part Week Member Registration only NON-MEMBERS Monday May 3rd- May 5th, 2021: FULL WEEK CAMP Non-Member Registration only Thursday May 6th, 2021: Full and Part Week Non-Member Registration begins Participants who are currently in our Spring program receive priority. For example, during FULL WEEK Member registration, participants who are currently in the program receive priority. The same rule applies for Part-time Member Registration as well as all Non-Member registrations. Payment Once you confirm your spot in the program, an invoice will be sent to you. To confirm your spot, non- member e-transfer payments must be made to [email protected]. All RCC Members will be charged directly to their accounts. Credit card payments are available over the phone but are subject to a 3% fee. E- transfers are highly recommended instead of debit payments to decrease the amount of traffic flow within the club and to keep everyone safe. Group Customization For families/participants who would like to organize a custom weekly camp with 3 or more juniors, we can try to facilitate this within our program schedule. Camp rates will apply. Rain Outs If rain outs occur, credits will be applied to future classes throughout the summer. Court Occupancy We will have no more than 3-4 students on a court at any given time. Temperature Checks We will have temperature checks prior to each class. This is to ensure the health and safety of all coaches and participants. Any participant who has a high temperature will not be admitted to the group lesson and parents will be contacted. Make-up classes will be available if there is space. No refunds. COVID-19 Policy Participants and coaches will not be allowed to attend group lessons if they have symptoms of illness of any kind. They may not use the facility if they have travelled outside of British Columbia within the past 14 days. They cannot have been exposed to anyone with known or suspected Covid-19 symptoms or anyone who has travelled outside of BC within the past 14 days. Outdoor Courts Due to the high demand of our outdoor courts, there will be times where some participants may have to be inside for their group lesson. We will do our best to ensure there are equal amounts of time outdoors for all participants. Please prepare for both indoor and outdoor lessons each day.
