Jim Click Automotive Group – 10,000 Gallon Giveaway Official Rules JIM CLICK AUTOMOTIVE GROUP – 10,000 GALLON GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. ONLY, WHO MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. Promotion Period: Contest registration is scheduled to begin on 8/1/2012 and end 8/25/2012 (the “Registration Period”). The grand prize contest event is scheduled to occur on 8/25/2012 from 10am-12pm at Jim Click Ford located at 6244 E. 22nd St., Tucson, AZ 85711. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Who May Enter: Contest is open to legal U.S. residents, who reside within 250 miles of Tucson, AZ and are age 18 or older as of date of entry with a valid driver’s license, except the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter: a. Employees, officers, and directors of Jim Click Automotive Group (“Sponsor”), KRQQ-FM, KOHT-FM, KMIY-FM, KNST-AM/FM, KTZR-AM and KXEW-FM (Collectively, the “Stations”), Clear Channel (“Administrator”), each of their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this contest (collectively, “Released Parties”) and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this contest, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step grand children) and each of their respective spouses. b. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to be present to participate in the grand prize contest event on 8/25/2012. How to Enter – Four Ways: 1. On Air Contests: Listen to a participating Station every Friday beginning 8/10/2012 – 8/24/2012 between 6am PT and 11pm PT to qualify during on air contests during the ‘Free Fuel Fridays’ Registration Period. The announcer will instruct listeners to call the studio contest line during each contest qualification attempt. The designated caller, as determined and announced on-air by the announcer (example: caller 9) at that time will be designated as a ‘Free Fuel Friday’ qualify and will be awarded the qualifier prize (see below), and a chance to participate in the grand prize contest. The designated caller is at the announcer’s discretion and may change from announcer to announcer. Sponsor is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions or any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his or her telephone call. 2. On Line Registration: To enter via on-line registration, visit any participating Station website during the “Registration Period” and click the Contest entry button to connect to the Contest registration page. Each entrant must fully complete the on-line registration page with all required information including his/her name, complete address, valid email address, birth date, and phone number(s) (including area code(s)). After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your on-line entry. All on-line entries must be fully complete for all required information, and must be received by 11:59pm PT on 8/23/2012 to be eligible. Maximum of one on-line entry per person and per valid email address. Any on-line entry submitted with an invalid email address will be disqualified. 3. Register to Win: Official entry forms will be made available (while supplies last) at a participating sponsor locations (listed below) during normal business hours between the Registration Period. Fully complete an official entry form with all required information and deposit into the official registration box provided at sponsor location. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All eligible entries must be received by close of business on 8/19/2012. Limit one entry per person per location. Automall Dr., Tucson, AZ 85705 4. Grand Prize Event Date: Join the grand prize event on 8/25/2012 between 10am PT and 12pm PT at Jim Click Ford located at 6244 E. 22nd St., Tucson, AZ 85711. Listeners will have a chance to register to be a Finalist from 10am PST to 11am PST by fully completing an entry blank made available prior to the start of the grand prize dice contest attempts. Deposit entry blank into the registration box available at sponsor location by the required registration deadline prior to the start of the grand prize contest. At or around 11am, a total of 3 finalists will be selected in this manner to participate in the grand prize event which will begin after the finalist selections. Maximum of one (1) entry per person during grand prize event. Maximum of one entry per person per entry method. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, or postage due mail or entries or for lost or stolen entries boxes, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified. Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Finalist Selection & Notification: A maximum of (50) eligible finalists will be randomly selected to participate in the grand prize contest event (see description below) as follows: On-Air: A total of (15) finalists will be selected through on-air contest qualifications. Only the on-air qualifiers will be awarded the ‘Free Fuel Friday’ qualifier prize as outlined below. On-line: A total of (10) finalists will be randomly selected from among all eligible on-line entries received. Sponsor Locations: Random drawings will be held at the end of ten (10) hosted station appearances August 20-24, 2012 from among all eligible entries received at each participating sponsor location at the time of the drawing. Two (2) finalists will be selected at each event for a total of (20) finalists. Location date/times are as follows: August 20: 10am-12pm at Jim Click Kia located at 775 W. Wetmore Rd., and 12pm-2pm at Jim Click Dodge located at850 W. Automall Dr.; August 21: 10am-12pm at Jim Click Mazda/Hyundai at 700 W. Automall Dr. and 12pm-2pm at Jim Click Ford Lincoln located at 6244 E. 22nd St.,; August 22: 10am-12pm at Jim Click Mazda/Hyundai located at 1301 S. Wilmot and 12pm-2pm at Holmes Tuttle Ford located at 660 W. Automall Dr., August 24: 10am-12pm at Jim Click Chrysler Jeep located at 701 W. Automall Dr., and 2pm-4pm at Holmes Tuttle Ford located at 660 W. Automall Dr. Last Chance Qualifiers: A total of (5) last chance finalists will be randomly selected from among eligible entries received on the date of the grand prize contest, prior to the start of the grand prize contest. The selected finalist names will be announced at the event, and the finalist must be present at the time of such announcement to participate. The selected finalists must immediately make their presence known to the contest administrator, or they will be disqualified and an alternate finalist will be selected and announced. Maximum of one finalist per household.
