Tamada, an engineer with the Trinity River Authority, has worked on projects throughout Texas and around the country. He is known as one of the premier water and wastewater engineers in our profession and has earned a reputation for openness and fairness. Tamada, who serves as Chair of the Texas Section Diversity Committee, was awarded with the AWWA Diversity Award in 2014 for his achievements in creating an environment that recognizes, encourages and effectively utilizes everyone's talents. As Texas grows, so does its demand for more clean water—and at lower costs.
