IUCN South-Eastern European e-Bulletin Issue 18 September 2008 Dear Readers, While preparations for the World Conservation Congress are entering the finishing faze, it is time to share with you the 18th issue of the IUCN SEE e-bulletin. As always, it brings information on activities in the region, events and publications related to nature conservation. Many thanks to all of you who have contributed to this issue. Please note that the bulletin is available online at www.iucn.org/southeasterneurope. The 19th issue will be focusing on the World Conservation Congress outputs, fresh ideas and new directions. IUCN SEE staff news Dr Jörg Lohmann, IUCN SEE office director since its establishment and in the first four years of its existence, has been appointed CIM Advisor at Ministry of Tourism and Environment of Montenegro and moved to Podgorica in September.
