ROADS

The Annaghilla Road, Augher, Dungannon (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018

Made - - - - 29th August 2018 Coming into operation - 10th October 2018

The Department for Infrastructure(a) makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 68(1) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993(b) and now vested in it(c).

The Department in accordance with Article 68(4) of that Order proposes to abandon the area of road described in the Schedule as it is not necessary.

Notice has been published, served and displayed in compliance with paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 8 to that Order.

No objection has been received.

Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as The Annaghilla Road, Augher, Dungannon (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 and shall come into operation on 10th October 2018.

Application 2. The area of road described in the Schedule is abandoned.

(b) S.I. 1993/3160 (N.I. 15) (c) S.R. 1999 No. 481 Article 6( d) and Schedule 4 Part IV SCHEDULE Article 2 AREA OF ROAD TO BE ABANDONED An area of 104 square metres of road comprising verge adjacent to No. 38 Annaghilla Road, Augher, Dungannon, extending from a point 226 metres north-east of its eastern junction with the Annaloughan Road for a distance of 35 metres in a north-easterly direction, more particularly delineated and shown hatched and coloured red on map number IN1/18/160073. A copy of the map has been deposited at the Department’s Headquarters, Room 301, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast and at DfI Roads and Rivers Western Division, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh.

EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Order) This Order abandons the area of road described in the Schedule.
