24/7 EMERGENCY SUPPORT/ RESORT ASSISTANCE All of our UK tournaments have a senior member of event staff. We also have an Emergency Contact Number manned 24 hours a day to assist you in the event of an emergency while on tour.
2 EASY STEPS TO BOOK 1. Pay an initial deposit of £295 to reserve your team's place in the tournament. Arrange for your club members to pay their deposits of £35 per person (UK Tours) or £50 per person (European Tours). Deposits for £35pp are due four weeks after the initial £295 deposit. Once received we will send you your invoice and confirmation of tour arrangements.
2. The final balance is then due 10 weeks prior to your departure date. You and your club members can then login to www.sportstourspay.co.uk and pay the remaining balance online. Once full payment has been received, your final tour documents will be available 7 to 14 days prior to your departure.
