The £30 million Brewery development is now well under way, with Wilko’s brand new store now open on the High Street and demolition works for the second phase virtually complete.

SOHO Coffee Co., Loungers Brand – Cosy Club, Tesco and Premier Inn have signed up to the scheme and Fitness First will be extending their flagship gym into the new phase.

The Brewery Phase II – which is due for completion in early 2017 - will comprise of 110,000 sq ft of retail, a 104-bed Premier Inn hotel, 34 two-bedroom apartments and a pedestrian corridor linking The Brewery to the High Street.

John Lewis coming to the town centre is great news for Cheltenham and when both John Lewis and The Brewery Phase II are complete in 2017, Cheltenham will become even more of a key shopping destination.

While the works are ongoing - Cheltenham’s premier leisure destination is still open as usual - with a fantastic range of restaurants, multiplex cinema, bars, bowling centre, gym and children’s soft play centre.

As well as eating out, you can watch a movie, grab a game of bowling, let the kids work off some steam at the Play Farm or work out at Fitness First flagship club gym.

Cineworld Cheltenham is an 11-screen cinema complete with IMAX screen. Next door you will find the luxury Screening Rooms - an upmarket way to enjoy a movie with table service - a licensed bar, delicious menu and comfortable leather seats.

Hollywood Bowl is the newest addition to The Brewery with 16 high quality lanes.

The Brewery is just a two minute walk from Boots corner via the High Street or park at the NCP car park in St. Margaret’s Road.
