Brighton & Hove Outer Areas (Waiting, Loading and Parking) and Cycle Lanes Consolidation Order 2018 Amendment No.* 202*
Brighton & Hove City Council (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3), 4, and 124 (1) (c) & (d) to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) as amended and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other enabling powers after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act hereby makes the following Order.
1. This Order may be cited as Brighton & Hove Outer Areas (Waiting, Loading and Parking) and Cycle Lanes Consolidation Order 2018 Amendment Order No. ** 202* and shall come into operation on the XX day of MONTH 202X.
2. Brighton & Hove Outer Areas (Waiting, Loading and Parking) and Cycle Lanes Consolidation Order 2018 is amended as follows:
