Chicago Tribune offers free ad creation for newspaper printing and digital campaigns. You will need to provide a draft of the study information, images and/or icons. CCR recruitment has an assortment of adobe stock photos available to download for your advertisement. Fees & Billing What is the cost for placing a Chicago Tribune ad with the vendor? There are two costs associated with Chicago Tribune ad placement – charges for our team’s time and the vendor costs. Vendor costs vary by the newspaper type and page size. Advertisement placements are charged a flat fee of $200 effective September 1, 2020. This covers our time to ensure the creative meets vendor requirements by determining availability, ordering campaign, communicating with study teams and the vendor on printing and posting proofs, and processing payment for the order. When is my study billed for your services? There are two charges that will hit your chartstring from your ad purchase —1 for CCR time and 1 for vendor charges. You will be billed on the 5th of the month for CCR ad placement services provided in the previous month. CCR fees are processed and managed using Northwestern's NUCore recharge management application. The administrator and PI associated with the chartstring will receive email notifications of these charges. Any disputes can be made through the NUCore system. If disputes are not filed after 7 days of the order, the chartstring will be billed for the applicable fees. All fees will be debited against the Northwestern University study specific chart string that is created, unless the research team provides an alternate chartstring. 2 Updated 9.24.2020 .
