Le Brassus, June 3rd 2016 – Ten professional golfers belonging to the Audemars Piguet family of brand ambassadors have become the Midnight Masters in this funky night time video. Darren Clarke, in full Captain mode, trains and leads what the Swiss watchmaker likes to refer to as its “Dream Team of Golf Ambassadors” - in order of appearance: Ian Poulter, Henrik Stenson, Bernd Wiesberger, Lee Westwood, the recently crowned Major Champion Danny Willett, Keegan Bradley, Byeong Hun An, Emiliano Grillo and Victor Dubuisson.

At night time, on a course artistically lit for this unique occasion, camaraderie and friendly challenges lead the way. The film captures humor and warmth from this exclusive group of golfers, before they take up a final putting challenge, all perfectly in line with Audemar Piguet’s motto “To Break The Rules, You Must First Master Them”.

Within each golfer beats the heart of a watchmaker. Self-control, meticulous time management, love of perfection: whether on a green or in the universe of Haute Horlogerie, it is always a question of precision and elegance, the beauty of both gesture and performance. In addition to the ten players featuring in “Midnight Masters”, Paul Dunne, Branden Grace, Miguel Ángel Jiménez, Renato Paratore and Peter Uihlein complete the brand’s Dream Team.

A private screening of the Midnight Masters video took place on May 23rd during Audemars Piguet’s latest Golf Invitational, its first in London after New York, San Francisco and Dubai, in the presence of Danny Willett, Victor Dubuisson and Bernd Wiesberger. At the historic Walton Heath Golf Club, Sarah Stirk, golf expert and presenter on Sky Sports, challenged each ambassador during the morning clinic and entertained the esteemed guests coming from 15 different countries worldwide.
